"We have come too far to abandon the change we fought for these past few years.
We have to move forward to the future we imagined in 2008 where everyone gets a fair shot, and everyone does their fair share, and everyone plays by the same rules.
Thats the choice in this election and thats why Im running for a second term as President of the United States.~Barack Obama

Who’s going to prosecute the companies if they don’t ever give layoff notices? No one. This is the lawless administration. It will NOT follow any law that it doesn’t find necessary to achieve its goals.

This is clearly an impeachable offense, as are numerous other infractions. So what do we do about it? Continue to allow him to operate above the law?
I am tired of feeling outraged everyday. I want action.

So, they’re still in the headchopping line. If anything, that should make them more determined to vote against hussein.

cmon now, we havent had any deaths yet, therefore comparing this to chicago politics is apples/oranges...
LM should sent out notices to its employees, stating that it was asked to not send out *layoff* notices, and that their jobs are secure up until the point that they are suddenly not secure...
of course the alphabet agency anal crawl would be huge after that...
not to worry though, RR will undo everything on day one, or 1001, or...???

But arent they required by law to give so much notice? Why, yes, they are.
That's an excellent question; thank you for asking.
The Won has directed the OMB to notify large defense contractors that if they violate the law by refraining from providing the required warning of impending layoffs, and are ultimately penalized financially for that legal violation, their legal expenses/penalties will be reimbursed by the government like any other contract-related expense.

You keep saying nut-job, but not only are the scenarios conceivable, they are probable!
Yes, I get the gist. But like John Semmens satire, they are all too probable..!

So Lockheed TRUSTS him to keep his word?
How is Congress gonna vote to allocate the funds so Obama can pay off on the promise?
I think it would be hilarious if Lockheed got sued and then proceeded to sue Obama PERSONALLY for breaking his promise.
This would be especially funny if he loses the election and has to pay up from his personal stash.

So Lockheed TRUSTS him to keep his word? Of course!
I'm sure the rest of the story is he promised them that if they didn't do this one little favor for him, they would never get another government contract.
Heck, even I'd trust him on that one!
