This is not the first time this President has decided not to enforce a law that he didn’t like - in direct contradiction to to oath he took! Can someone explain to me how this isn’t an impeachable offense?

Yep. The ad just makes itself. A superpac needs to make this add on Monday and have it plastered on the airwaves by Tuesday.
BUT...
Will Romney dare to mention this in his campaign or in the debates? Or will he cower in fear of being called a RACIST for DARING to mention yet another law that ObaMAO is breakign?
