On the eve of his first trip to the United States as Egypt’s new Islamist president, Mohammed Morsi said the United States needed to fundamentally change its approach to the Arab world, showing greater respect for its values and helping build a Palestinian state, if it hoped to overcome decades of pent-up anger.
In a 90-minute interview with The New York Times on Saturday, Morsi said it was up to Washington to repair relations with the Arab world and to revitalize the alliance with Egypt, long a cornerstone of regional stability.
If Washington is asking Egypt to honor its treaty with Israel, he said, Washington should also live up to its own Camp David commitment to Palestinian self-rule. He said the United States must respect the Arab world’s history and culture, even when that conflicts with Western values.
Morsi dismissed criticism from the White House that he did not move fast enough to condemn protesters who recently climbed over the United States Embassy wall in Cairo and burned the American flag in anger over a video that mocked the prophet Mohammed.
“We took our time” in responding to avoid an explosive backlash, he said, but then dealt “decisively” with the small, violent element among the demonstrators.

So I tell ya what there Mr. Morsi, maybe when you and your 12th century murdering morons stop subjugating your women, hanging your gays, murdering those of other religions and honestly begin to root out such elements and stop supporting the same, we in the West will begin to cut you a break. You see, people blaspheme all religions, it’s just that we don’t think that we should go around killing people for for what we consider God given rights. Frankly, I strongly suggest that you get on board with this really really soon, because many of us are starting to lose patience with the less than peaceful/tolerant side of your folks’ tendancies. You see, in civilization we have rights AND tolerance for those we do not agree with and if you want to play, then your side probably needs to begin to catch an understanding of this concept and do so before we begin to show our midevil sides to you. If not, then maybe we should start dressing those morons intent on killing in the name of your God to meet there 67 dates wearing pig carcass tuxedos. I know that our young southern girls like a BBQ as much as anyone and no one like an ugly guy that shows up to a party empty handed. Maybe we could even help your hometown feed itself by spraying pig manuere over the whole town to make the soil more fertile. Whatcha say? Is that a deal?

Best thing to do with Egypt (and especially Libya after they murdered our ambassador) is to slag their worthless countries. Turn 'em to glass. Then ask, "Who's the NEXT one wants to murder our ambassador? What? Cat got your tongue?"
