U.S. Ambassador Rice: Of Course Americans Aren't Unpopular in the Middle East
Townhall.com ^ | September 17, 2012 | Katie Pavlich

It seems the administration is hell bent on sticking with the "this isn't about America, it's about a film," argument when it comes to increasing violence from radical Islamists around the world. Despite images of rioters burning in effigy the American flag and photos and dolls representing President Obama in dozens of countries around the world, U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice said over the weekend that America isn't "impotent" in the Middle East and that the popularity of the United States hasn't been degraded.

After showing Rice a map of protests in 33 countries around the world in recent days, I asked Rice, “President Obama pledged to repair America’s relationships with the Muslim world. Why does the U.S. seem so impotent? And why is the U.S. even less popular today in some of these Muslim and Arab countries than it was four years ago?”

“We’re not impotent, we’re not even less popular, to challenge that assessment,” Rice said in response. “What happened this week in Cairo, in Benghazi and many other parts of the region was a result, a direct result, of a heinous and offensive video that was widely disseminated, that the U.S. government had nothing to do with, which we have made clear is reprehensible and disgusting.”

Apparently, the burning of Americans flags just isn't a strong enough indicator for this administration to understand what's really going on here.

Truth:

“...the administration is saying, “this isn’t about us obamites. they love us. it’s the rest of you bass-ackwards americans that they hate”.

watch and listen. see if that isn’t the consistent theme running just beneath the surface.”

Up is down and down is up for Obamaites.

If you are a tourist, avoid all the Middle East and North Africa as it is not safe at all. If your job requires travel to these areas, ask for protection and get life insurance that includes assassination and kid napping so your family is provided for after you are gone.

By middle east I assume she must be referring to Virginia, North and South Carolina areas of the United States. She’d be correct.

I agree...a total Kool Aid drinker for sure. Go to Breitbart and watch the video of the Ambassador being dragged down the street and finally killed. It doesn’t take much to understand who hates who and it wasn’t due to some silly film made in California that made them MAD!! The Muslim Brotherhood is calling the shots. President Obama and Hillary are jumping to the call....”how high??” they say. We and our Kool Aid drinking MSM will control this election and pick Obama as our leader again. He is the voice we use well. RIce is nothing but a tool that will be used to talk talk on the TV news shows by the Dims. Day by day it gets worse. Question...Who comes to a Muslim rally all decked out with an RPG and ammo??

The phrase, “aren’t unpopular” is a funny thing without context.

For instance,

“Lopez brand pinatas aren’t unpopular in Libya. People love hitting them with sticks until they die. In fact, the new Lopez brand “US Consulate” pinata has been a real hit!”

To: Kaslin; All
Thank God for Lt. Col. (Congressman) Allen West!!

The Congressman has studied the ideas of liberty upon which the American Republic was formed. From his own personal study and experience, he also understands the ideology which is threatening American liberty today--from within and without.

When Col. West speaks, he speaks with authority, not with the arrogant assumptions we hear from this President and his surrogates.

The very first pictures and sounds from demonstrators in Cairo on American TV last week were messages directed at the American President in response to a specific action and the object of that action--not a film, and not a filmmaker.

Remember the Ft Hood, workplace violence? Not a terrorist attack? This administration seems to delight in making excuses for Islam, it is past ridiculous.

The 0bama Administration is playing both the RACE card
and the GENDER card by sending out Amb Rice to cover for Hildebeast.

Anyone other than Col. West would have been
seen as picking on the Black Girl.

The person responsible for Foreign Policy and
operation of Embassies and Consulates is Hildebeast.

Who is Susan Rice? She worked in the Clinton... administration

In a 2002 op-ed piece in the Washington Post, former Ambassador to Sudan Timothy M. Carney and news contributor Mansoor Ijaz implicated Rice and counter-terrorism czar Richard Clarke in missing an opportunity to neutralize Osama bin Laden while he was still in Sudan in 1996.

The most important part of diplomacy is sincerity.
Once you lean to fake that you're all set.
Our administration does not even know how to fake it well.
You can't make a statement that both friend and foe know is blatant BS and hope to be believed, no matter how well you practiced your sincere face and voice in front of the mirror.
