From The Independent’s breaking story, which focuses on the U.S. failure to heed a 48-hour warning of threats to the embassy:
According to security sources the consulate had been given a “health check” in preparation for any violence connected to the 9/11 anniversary. In the event, the perimeter was breached within 15 minutes of an angry crowd starting to attack it at around 10pm on Tuesday night. There was, according to witnesses, little defence put up by the 30 or more local guards meant to protect the staff. Ali Fetori, a 59-year-old accountant who lives near by, said: “The security people just all ran away and the people in charge were the young men with guns and bombs.”
Wissam Buhmeid, the commander of the Tripoli government-sanctioned Libya’s Shield Brigade, effectively a police force for Benghazi, maintained that it was anger over the Mohamed video which made the guards abandon their post. “There were definitely people from the security forces who let the attack happen because they were themselves offended by the film; they would absolutely put their loyalty to the Prophet over the consulate. The deaths are all nothing compared to insulting the Prophet.”
Note he does not say: “They believe the deaths are all nothing … “, I take it from Buhmeid’s wording that he agrees.
No matter though, the statement is a farce. If the guards hold this belief, that they would just as soon turn their guns on the embassy should an American utter a blasphemy, then the Americans would have been dead long ago. (The existence of the embassy itself could be construed as blasphemy!) The film would not have been the final straw for all 30 guards at once, at the proper time for the start of the attempted breach.
The guards were involved with the raid. They left their posts on the signal. Say something about this act of war, President Obama — as the alliance with al-Qaeda elements in Libya was your decision, your folly. You extended a hand, foolishly, and they took the whole body.

He was. There was a video floating around of that part of the murder, going around third world blog sites. Some teenaged mouthbreather slid a narrow, stiletto type blade about 8 inches long and a half inch wide up Qaddaffi’s bum. The intention was to slit and create the pain you described. Ironically, this murdered ambassador had an active hand in creating the chaos that led to Qaddaffi’s overthrow. Unintended consequences to be sure.—

The details of the ambassador’s autopsy will never be revealed
Chris Stevens had been back in the country only a short while and the details of his visit to Benghazi, where he and his staff died, were meant to be confidential.
Mr Stevens had been on a visit to Germany, Austria and Sweden and had just returned to Libya when the Benghazi trip took place with the US embassy’s security staff deciding that the trip could be undertaken safely.

Accordingly, he is intentionally “crashing” the “old America” so it loses face, goes broke and runs out of money to fight a major war.
At that point, the prospect of war is not so one-sided in America’s favor. It is becoming more “competitive” by the day.
A nation can’t borrow money from it’s enemies during a war, nor can it buy raw materials like oil from them either.
A rich person who goes broke typically continues to spend as though they were still rich long after they should have tightened their belt, which leaves them under a pile of debt. The people who staff the three branches of our government have been doing this for a decade.
Not knowing that the 90’s were a temporary situation, and unable to resist increasing the size of government as they always do, they did not take that opportunity to scale back government. No one pointed everyone in the direction of a real long-term (hundreds of years) strategy for wealth, because no one that has the government’s ear has a clue about things like that.
All of these arab spring things are what the intelligentsia one-world-government types see as “progress”; they are convinced that their Tower of Babel is the only obvious way to save the world. The intelligentsia types never understand that leftist leaders who they want to put in power are always tyrants who are inclined to be completely uncaring about the sufferings of their people to the point that they are just as bad or worse as any tryannical monarch ever was.
The prime example is bloomyberg the mayor, the billionaire. He thinks it’s more important to ban large sodas than to fulfill his legal responsibility to keep law and order, i.e., to punish violent crime. After all, he reasons (like a genius with zero common sense), if he can eliminate every gun from NYC, violent crime will stop. Obviously he’s never been beaten up enough times to understand that violent crimes do not need guns first of all, let alone that little Second Amendment thingy that he has zero respect for. For quite a few years he has been unable to grasp the difference between the wonderful time of Guiliani as mayor compared to his losing those gains made towards having a livable city.
I would fully expect to see zeroama drive the figurative “bus” of America straight through every disaster and humiliation possible while he occupys the WH, until it looks like “The Gauntlet” bus, while he doublespeaks just enough so as to not be impeached. His compatriots around the globe, if they are too stupid to intuit his real intentions, will have it incessantly repeated to them every week in their mosk/union meeting/gang meeting/etc., so it’s probably time to get some popcorn, a lot of real butter and a large soda, then strap in and hang on and watch it all unfold.
When things get bad enough, people will turn back to the God of the Bible, and we can start to rebuild on a solid foundation; spreading the True Gospel as much as possible is the best “grassroots” thing to do. After all, we just have to read up on the story of the Mayflower to see an example of how lay a foundation well.
The information officer that was killed reported on an online gaming site that the Libyan guards were taking pictures of the building they were staying in shortly before the attack - and by those actions knew the attack was coming and feared for their lives.
So yes, the Libyan guards were most definitely involved in attacking the people they were supposed to be protecting.
Just a humble observation, but these security details are what I’d expect out of the Peruvian or Romanian government operations....not the US. I’d question who arranges security within the State Department and if they really have any qualifications.

Muslims are not trustworthy. Their only loyalty is to Islam. They have no loyalty to the US. The US may like to pretend that it’s not at war with Islam but in truth, Islam is at war with the US.
