Eff yeah. Sanity has returned.
48-45 with or w/o leaners?
Misleading headline. That number is for Missouri. According to Drudge, Romney is up today nationwide, but only by one point—47 to 46.
Not sure. they usually post without leaners on rcp but that may have changed in the last day or so.
What you’re seeing is the Missouri numbers. Romney +3 in that state is not a particularly good place.
sorry, can the mods correct this?
I have to be more accurate.
The MO numbers for Romney would be far better were it not for the Akin flap.
Probably, but you will have to report it to them so they know.
What? And lose potential government contracts?
How can that be?????
Romney was a bit rought with his initial statement on the recent Arab world riots.
[Clue to Romney: Get TOUGH! Stay TOUGH! That is what American wants and needs — strong leadership we have not had since the Obama Apology Tours starting in early 2009.]
Mo is close.
**sorry, can the mods correct this?**
Hit “Abuse” and tell the mods what needs to be changed.
Romney needs to push harder. We need to see some breakout numbers. Obama can’t help being himself - an immature, whining, spoiled brat with no sense of strategy or leadership skills. When he starts to see the presidency slipping through his fingers, he’s going to start acting more and more crazy. And pick up by Romney will get him feeling more and more desparate, especially as the election approaches.
apparently the female body has ways of dealing with a crappy Marxist President....
At this point Missouri is in their hands to win or lose.
Send you’re RNC donation to Akin.
agreed- i would’ve thought Romney would be up much more....
The original numbers in the headline were right (R 48-O 45), but the scope (U.S. v. MO) was wrong. The 47-46 number is US-wide; Missouri’s is 48-45. Should read:
Rasmussen Reports - Missouri (R48 O45)
I totally f’ed it up.
I plan to contribute to Akin but not until Sept. 26. I don’t want to give until I am sure he is not dropping out. Yes, I know he has said five times he is staying in, but the grand poo-bahs of the GOP may yet prevail in MO.
No worries. The greater point is, the good guys are back in the lead.
