In 10 years she’ll be a red haired Helen Thomas.

Sad what liberalism does to people.

Piggy should go back to scratching at Palin’s eyes, or something...
If Romney relies on the likes of Piggy and her Manhattan liberal users for advice, he’s toast anyway.

Peggy loves to display her wisdom and responses like this keep her name on the ‘call list’. Otherwise, she adds very little to any intelligent discussion. Phooey on her!

Oh please, this wasn’t even close to what happened on 9/11/01.

Mitt had every right to speak out.

Peggy, BS. I thought Romney sounded strong and presidential, while Obama sounded weak. I think it helped him.

Around 1989, Peggy got a divorce and moved to NYC. She’s been going left ever since. And 23 years of moving left has left her incapable of clear moral thinking.

Back in the President Ronald Wilson Reagan days, I had half a crush on Peggy Noonan, because of something about her looks, and because she wrote and spoke as though she actually posessed a brain.

She has not aged well. She looks like satan’s crazy aunt, and her writings and statements sound too much like Juan Williams most of the time!

Quite correct. Here "wisdom" on display.

Peggy Noonan, October 31, 2008 - "The case for Barack Obama, in broad strokes:

He has within him the possibility to change the direction and tone of American foreign policy, which need changing; his rise will serve as a practical rebuke to the past five years, which need rebuking; his victory would provide a fresh start in a nation in which a fresh start would come as a national relief. He climbed steep stairs, born off the continent with no father to guide, a dreamy, abandoning mother, mixed race, no connections. He rose with guts and gifts. He is steady, calm, and, in terms of the execution of his political ascent, still the primary and almost only area in which his executive abilities can be discerned, he shows good judgment in terms of whom to hire and consult, what steps to take and moves to make. We witnessed from him this year something unique in American politics: He took down a political machine without raising his voice."

Peggy does herself “no favors in the last few hours”, quick to jump in against Romney, when “few words, or no words” from her would suffice. Afterall, many are relieved to see Romney finally show some chest against foreign enemies.

Noonan is no conservative, let alone a top conservative. She’s a lonely woman with a pen.

I heard her this morning, and wasn’t suprised, because she voted for the emptychair.

She was giving red meat to the Obama side...her ploy worked.

Exactly. Peggy makes comments like this so that she will get some TV time once in a while.

Like so many countryclub and Washingtonian Republicans, they don't think fellow Republicans should say anything possibly controversial or confrontational under any circumstances. They don't believe in hard hitting campaigns, anything close to a public demonstration or ever using the other sides tactics right back in their faces.

Total nonsense. Democrats are the ones who need to learn to restrain themselves!!!
