LOS ANGELES—Illegal immigrants in California's largest city could use library cards to open bank accounts and access an array of city services under a plan being considered by city officials.
Under the plan, anyone with proof of Los Angeles residency could get a library card, the Los Angeles Times reported (lat.ms/P967MO). The idea is to provide a form of ID to those who cannot get a driver's license because of their immigration status.

The library card also doubles as an EBT card, pilots’s license, NASCAR pit pass ,voting ID, and ticket for up to 10 of your kids to enter Disneyland free.

I had my first bank account when I was about 17.
I am now almost 73.
When I moved from California to Nevada in 2005, I had to provide a proper birth certificate, a Soc Sec card & many other pieces of ID just to OPEN a new bank account. A utility bill wasn’t enough. Credit cards—membership cards in recognised organizations—voter registration....
I NEVER went thru such alot of effort for a bank account in the past, & I had had accounts in Middleton & Madison & Milwaukee, Wisconsin—multiple accounts in Los Angeles—and 2 different accounts in Grass Valley, Calif.
I had to provide a BIRTH CERTIFICATE-—not just proof that I was getting electric or water or cable TV services.
This is a direct violation of the Patriot Act...but then, who would expect the La Raza Mayor of Los Angeles to follow the laws the rest of us WHITE natural born citizens of the USA to follow?
I am sooooo PISSED!!!

All available via an app on their taxpayer-paid cell phones, no doubt!
I think I will get about 100 library cards with names like Juan Rodriquez. Get 100 monthly welfare checks, 100 EBT cards, 100 free apartments (which I will sublet)and 100 free health insurance cards which I will sell on the black market. Then I will pay a few dollars and get phony IDs to match the library cards and set up 100 phony bank accounts with $10 in each. I will then get 400 phony credit cards. I will max them out with cash advances and purchases.
Then I will go back to the library the next week and do it again.

Sounds kind of funny. Illegal immigrants going to an American library to get an ID card. If they can make it to the library, why can’t they make it to the DMV for a California ID? Maybe we could hire all those pushcart workers to issue ID cards. Oh, that’s right, they already do using YOUR social security number.
The most I had to show for the personal accounts was a photo ID and for the Corporate account, ID + Articles.
I too moved from Cali though in 2000, not 2005, transferred my license without a hitch....registered to vote without any ID over the Internet.
time to go get a library card- tell them you dont have ID because you are Meican
Then go apply for your EBT card- give them your new library card as ID
Then get some public housing- use the same card
call me on your obamaphone when you get this free stuff.
