Gets even better from what I hear. When he wants to fool around he gets his twin brother to stand in for him and they “forget” to tell everyone.

I agree, if the election is fair, it is the will of the people. I will be very sad, because the country has moved to the Left and entitlements, a la europe. Sad, but I will continue to work for local/state reps wherever we can.

If Obozo drives the country into the ditch, we may have a political revolution, maybe not.

It seems to me that approval needs to be pointed out.

The US Congress voted and approved invasions into both Afghanistan and Iran.

The US Congress did NOT vote to approve drone strikes into Pakistan.

I approve of the drone strikes but the US Congress has never voted on them.

I noticed the Clown got his convention bounce over at Rasmussen

Anyone know Rass % mix. Dem/Rep/Ind.

Would like to see if its a factor in his bounce, other than O seems to do better in Rass over weekends, and with the convention concluding could do better.

One answer if Obama would win is Starve the Beast 2.0, and these folks dependent on government money are going to either face inflation from printing money, or receiving bad checks or no checks at all. No one is going to be spending except on necessities, hence the smaller economy isn’t going to support Obama’s spending.

But after this morning, I realize just like March after the Stimulus bill was passed, it’s going to get much worse. And what I mean by that is just look how bad this year has turned out, every economic report seems to have unexpected results.

I even semi expected 3rd quarter would return to some resemblance of near normalcy, and the bad news like the lower labor force participation rates continues. But admittedly, I knew if the economy didn’t show improvement by 2nd quarter, the Democrats couldn’t show their policies were making any improvement. That’s why there’s no confidence when they speak about it.

Well you should have heard Corey Booker explain the drop in work force participation was a bunch of students dropping out to go to college.

Austin Goolsbee said the same thing on FOX....that and people retiring.

The Castro boys were raised by Grandma, as I am to understant.

SHE was some kind of bigwig in some kind of hispanic revolutionary group....something like La Raza, might be La Raza.

These boys have been groomed from childhood for their ascendency to American leadership.

Like Obama, one got to speak at the convention. Had to praise Obama a bunch. Showed his wife and daughter four or five times.

Sit back and enjoy the show, scripted by the Marxists as to best advance their agenda.

I think it’s all genius.

Both Romney and Ryan have been cornered on reducing exemptions for high earners. They're saying those will enable taxes to be lower for all.

Mistake. More taxpayers is the means to increase revenue. Pound it.

most democrats believe in God at some level

Well if they do, then they are the stupidest dullards in the world. The Kansas GOP state chairman once stated that you can't be a democrat and honestly call yourself a Christian.

If what you say were true, that means the unwitting democrats are somehow unaware that they support:

the murdering of 40 million American babies, the promotion of immoral and life-threatening perverted behavior being taught in the public schools, coupled with the removal of God from the public arena, unreasonable environmentalist-religion policies that are killing all types of business...doubling the price of energy and subsequently increasing the prices on all consumer goods, thieving union thugs who are driving jobs out of this country and who disguised as "public employees" are sucking the lifeblood out of working Americans at all levels of government, deliberate destruction of the nuclear mom/dad/kids family

All of the above are forms of theft and murder and directly fly in the face of the Ten Commandments.

The only way I can agree with your overly polite assertion that; most democrats believe in God at some level, is the level where, to democRATs...GOVERNMENT IS GOD.

Yes, Norah was trying to corner Ryan on something about a marthon time?

Ryan mistakenly mentioned a below 3 hour marathon time. His actual is over 3.

He ran this 20 years ago , and should be cut some slack on remembering the
exact time.

They are missing the bigger point that he has completed a marathon, and should be commended for that, as many can’t stand to drive 26 miles, let alone run that far.

Ryan was referring to his marathon experience 20 years ago, and simply misspoke, not remembering what legitimate marathon times are/were. It’s been 20 years since he ran one. Ryan was speaking with Hugh Hewitt, and although I missed it, Hugh probably asked him what kind of time he ran. He was about an hour off. Ryan’s brother is a serious marathon runner and has been giving him hell about it.

Yes, that is the policy details that are not acknowledged by Democrats and the media, or why Rush Limbaugh just has to tell the truth to be the highest rates radio program ever.

And I’d like to see Romney briefly state the details, the results, and then ask Obama how he came to his reasoning. Just complete ignore the debate moderators unless they are relevant to the points Romney needs to make.

For example when the details don’t support the premise raising taxes will improve the economy.

For example the details don’t support the premise it was Bush’s mess when it was under Clinton the bad mortgage loans really started increasing.

Thank you both for the explanation on the marathon time mistake. Well whoopteedoo. Nora O’Donnell tried to compare this “mistake” to Al Gore claiming he invented the internet? lolol.....I cannot stand her.

I cannot understand why CBS decided to make her a co-anchor with Charlie Rose on the CBS morning news. Erica Hill was doing a fine job. She was one of the most nonpartisan and serious anchors I’ve seen on morning news shows (non-cable). When Erica Hill and Jeff (I think Glor) were anchoring before Charlie Rose came along, it was refreshing compared to the others (ABC, NBC). I stopped watching when Nora came on.

I’ll agree, I thought, why did Obama go on about education, to say that getting an education will only get you in the middle class? Is he not aware most Americans want to prosper beyond middle class? Or more likely, if you read between the lines, the ceiling in his state run economy will be middle class.

I didn’t go to college to be middle class, I’d think most students expect a better living. And when the lottery goes over $300 million, middle class people aren’t buying record numbers of lottery tickets to be in the middle class.

real wages went down under the Clinton tax hikes, and the biggest rise in GDP and real wages went back up after the tax cuts. Then ask Obama to explain how he and his economic team team came to the conclusion it was Clinton's tax increases that improved the economy?

Greenspan helped greatly in negating the results of Clinton's tax increase by a big drop in the Fed Rates

Funny how Clinton and Obama are going to fill Democrat supporters with conclusions that aren’t going to stand up to the facts, and they’ll lose every argument as they are confronted with the evidence. They can be as hard headed as they want, it’ll make no difference if the decline they support wins.

Yeah, very good point, Pat.

A couple of liberals I know used the “They were really booing Jerusalem” argument on me, but I do agree that outside of the already-gonna-vote-Barack crowd, many saw it as booing God.

By the way, these liberals where African-Americans—who I know plenty of, being in Alabama—who to a person, are all in for Obama. I don't know any blacks, of hundreds I'm acquainted with, who will not vote Obama.

And some of my coworkers especially exasperate me. They are very, very Christian ladies, who would even be considered conservatives, if it was not for their fanatical support for the democratic party. And of course, since Obama is black, they are for him heart and soul.

It's as if all their racial hopes are wrapped up in him. When he loses, and I expect he will, they'll be serious problems for them. I'm not talking aggression, but I think some severe clinical depression will happen.

I really am confounded by black political thought. Coming from Alabama, most people—black or white—think rather conservatively, not Leftist at all, except for black voting habits. So, they're against abortion and gay marriage, for discipline in schools and at home, think work is fulfilling and necessary, love America, serve proudly in the military; all things a good Southerner would do... Except, they'll vote democrat, whether it be a quasi-democrat like Artur Davis (who is now a Republican) or a Nancy Pelosi. They can't help it. I do think they believe every Republican has a white sheet and hood on a hanger in their closet.

Black White politics are very us versus them. Frankly, whites are far more inclusionary than blacks. Hence the fact that you see both white Republicans AND white deomcrats, but almost no Black Republicans, just black democrats...

As Dan Rather used to say: Courage!

While what you may say about too many riding the wagon, I don't think many of them will actually go through the trouble of registering to vote and voting.

Those who love their country, built “that”, and are otherwise fed up with the Socialist Bullshit will be voting in droves.

If not, then 2010 didn't even happen. Yet it did, and no election since then (think Wisconsin) has seen any hint of a democratic/welfare loser resurgence.

Tell them about Col. Allen West, who’s a black US Representative and Mia Love, a mayor in Utah? Would these Democrats vote for them? Especially since they agree with these black Republicans on most, if not all, issues.

Naw, forget it. I’m probably all wet.
