so why is the actual pill which is ALREADY available. Potheads use this outlyer to justify recreational use.

If this was a legit actual proven medical use there is no need for pothead stores with a pretext. Doctors would perscribe it and it would be purchased at the pharmacy. (and there would be automatic license suspensions for those thus perscribed)

That is the same logic my sister gave me when I told her Bill Clinton was guilty of treason for giving China ballistic missile guidance and warhead technology.

"So, why wasn't he prosecuted?"

Do not doctors prescribe it already?

My wife’s transplant surgeon told me he wished it was legal so he could prescribe it for her nausea that plagues her constantly. They don’t “perscribe” drugs that aren’t legal whether there’s a proven medical use or not.

If it weren't legit, then why has the federal government held a patent on it since 2003? (US Patent 6630507 titled “Cannabinoids as antioxidants and neuroprotectants”)

.
Even you can’t possibly be that naive.

Pot is illegal precisely because it is such an effective healer, and would deny the big boys trillions of dollars a year.
