Wasserman-Schultz dodges questions about why the DNC removed the 'G' word from their platform

Democratic National Chairman Debbie Wasserman Schultz refused to commit to an answer when pressed on whether the party removed the word “God” from its platform, according to the Washington Examiner. The Florida congresswoman was asked by CNN’s Piers Morgan if the removal of the word “God” was a “mistake.” “Well, we have a commitment through all faith traditions that our values are reflected in our policy and that means we should look out for the least of these, that we should fight for the middle class . . .,” she told Morgan. Wasserman Schulz refused to admit that it was a mistake, and said instead that “our values are reflected in our policies.” “The thing is, somebody has deliberately taken out the word God because it was in the last one,” Morgan said. “I can assure that that no one has deliberately taken God out of our platform.” Wasserman Schultz said, according to the Examiner. “So it was an accident.” Morgan said. Wasserman Schultz refused to answer. In 2008, the Democratic platform read, “We need a government that stands up for the hopes, values, and interests of working people, and gives everyone willing to work hard the chance to make the most of their God-given potential.” For 2012, the words “God-given” are removed: “We gather to reclaim the basic bargain that built the largest middle class and the most prosperous nation on Earth – the simple principle that in America, hard work should pay off, responsibility should be rewarded, and each one of us should be able to go as far as our talent and drive take us.”

You will never get a straight answer from any paid political hack. They do not have the luxury of being frank or honest. Its not their job and not in their character.

That makes it fun to watch them squirm, back-peddle, do spontaneous acrobatics and invent history and statistics out of thin air and do it like they mean it.

1) permissive morality
2) socialism
3) statism
4) one world government based on secular humanist principles

And, there is that great, huge, but quiet possibility that our Father, Himself, saw to it that his name be excluded because of those very policies that Wassarwoman spoke of. Perhaps God does not want to be associated with the filth in their platform. Who knows? Just sayin. Saw a comment about this on twitter and thought it was worthy of thought.

Dems ignore basic Christain values- They fail to protect and advocate killing them, they fail to protect the most defenseless, advocate perversion, condemn Israel, bear false witness (note debbiedo falsel quoting the Israeli Ambassador), etc.etc.etc. Geeeez. They read like a bunch of losers. People so jealous of genuine character they find repose in mucking in crap and mocking what they are not.
