In 2003, Yeager's neighbor and Late Show host David Letterman had a similar visit to his property.

Maybe the fence is to keep the neighbor away from the kids. My guess is the fence wouldn't be there if it weren't for the neighbor having moved in.

But the bipartisan, weirdo animal-worshiping/enviromentalist/NIMBY established folks of the West (most descended from the northeast) haven't managed to steal all of the property deeds and give them to the bears, yet. So a 12 ga.
