Romney Pins Hopes on Being Different From Obama

Romney really is like Obama in one key, superimportant way:

Both are "born to rule", educated to rule, raised to rule, and informed by credible elders that they are entitled to rule. They are both special, special people -- in the devising of other people around them.

As opposed to real People.

Lamar Alexander, John Kerry, all the Bushes 'cept Laura, both Clintons (all three, if you include Chelsea now) -- all are mandarins, so classified by political scientists and identifiably separate from the rest of both the body politic and the People. Rand Paul, Ron Paul, Paul Ryan, Rick Santorum, Newt Gingrich, Bob Dole, Jesse Jackson, Pat Buchanan, Ronald Reagan, Barry Goldwater -- all are or were fundamentally different from the Clintons and Obama and the Bush boys and the Rockefellers, fundamentally different in how they were raised, taught to think of themselves in relation to others, educated, and set on the road to politics.

A "mandarin" is a very different animal.

Thanks so much for sharing your story of Bob; your observations and conclusions, make an altogether, fascinating read; particularly, those in 'final analysis' as to how/why Bob's life so unfolds; his associations with brutality (his - and that of his peers) and ultimately, perhaps; against the extreme's, that he might have otherwise have acted out as an adult. Perhaps you will write more about him?

Whatever the conclusion; we seem stuck with a 'Left'; locked into false premises - beginning, perhaps; with their assumptions of 'who' they are; whereby; they eventually manifest their own testimony to a lie - a false, inauthentic reality (I believe; because it begins in 'self'; and the needle never moves) - at least by morally reasonable assumptions. A self-aggrandizing MO which, for the 'reason-capable' is an anathema by it's world view.

Life has it's contradictions; it 'upside/downside'; it's polar oppositions; which we all share in measure (all of course; which which move us to action); but that said; think these people are their own mental scene to behold; and they are getting worse. . .

Thank you for the kind words. Narcissists are one of nature’s most interesting puzzles, I just found myself hooked after meeting one.

It is crazy. Federally funded operations for transexual murderers, so they can get moved to the female prison to serve out their life sentences.

The coming storm will wash much of this away, but damn we did let it get pretty far.
