As I said in a previous column, one could be forgiven for believing that political correctness is only one step removed from insanity. Unfortunately, as the latest report from Afghanistan reveals, it can also be deadly.
Last week, in a move the Obama administration would undoubtedly like their useful idiot buddies in the media to ignore as much as possible, a long-standing order was reversed: U.S. troops are now required to carry loaded weapons at all times while on base.
In other words, prior to this new directive, troops were required to remove the magazines from their weapons while quartered at bases with Afghans they were training to become policemen and soldiers. Policemen and soldiers who will allegedly pick up the slack and defend their country after U.S. forces withdraw in 2014--as they are currently scheduled to do.

What is political correctness, and who is responsible for it?
It is important to note that political correctness derives from Cultural Marxism. This connection is expounded below:
If we look at it analytically, if we look at it historically, we quickly find out exactly what it is. Political Correctness is cultural Marxism. It is Marxism translated from economic into cultural terms. It is an effort that goes back not to the 1960s and the hippies and the peace movement, but back to World War I.
Finally someone has pointed out the obvious. When are we going to stop coddling the criminals? All law enforcement should be armed with weapons bigger and better than any criminal can get their hands on. Whoever gave the order to disarm our troops should be hung in a public square.
Way overdue. Muslims will never give us peace.

Remember MG Peter Fuller? The Dep Commander in Afghanistan who was relieved after he had the temerity to say that Afghan leaders were “isolated from reality”. He made this comment in an interview with Politico when Kharzi said that Afghanistan would side with Pakistan is a war against the US.
In today’s Army you are either PC or you are gone. MG (Ret) Pete Fuller is now actively employed in the private sector.

In this case, PC rises to the point of treason and collaboration, however the overall fact is that PC kills everything except PC.

Communist-in-Chief Obama NEVER has put value on the element of surprise, except to seal his personal documents to show that he is an illegal alien.
The women were not there to be PC. They were soldiers there to do a mission only females could perform in that culture.
The female troops (Lioness, and later called Cultural Support Teams) had the mission of assisting special ops during village stabilization and intelliegnce gathering, with the female troops securing women and children and interrogating the women (searching them if necessary) and obtaining information from the women about the enemy activities in their areas.
You think male troops could have done that in that culture, where culturally, 50% of the population was off limits to being searched or interrogated by men?
Their role complemented the male troops doing the same with the muslim males
The Lioness and later CST mission is/was valuable and necessary in that culture. The photo caption is demeaning of brave Americans who happen to be female as well as military

You did notice that the male has his head protected with a helmet and the females have those scarves? The caption is accurate.
Thank you for #4, I should have known, but in fact, I learned an important fact.
I don't think the purpose of the caption was to demean female soldiers but the fact that they were ordered to go out wearing hijabs instead of the appropriate combat helmets!
The Obama administration has set our troops up to be killed due to their hatred of the military and the values that they stand for. But let us not forget that the Bush administration actually prosecuted our troops for defending themselves. It’s time to get rid of all the beltway elites who want to fight a war without causing any unnecessary casualties to the enemy.
