Probably the best thing that could happen for employment would be terrible job numbers for the next three months. If we get rid of Obama, the recovery will start. If Obama stays for four more years, there will never be a recovery.
There are untold numbers of employers who think the same way; hold off hiring and spending until November or kiss it all goodbye.
