This guy is a wealth of gaffs, but this one may have been purposeful. He may be trying to tie Congressman Ryan to disgraced felon Illinois Governor Ryan sitting in a jail cell.
Some people are just gullible enough to make that connection.

The idiot is back..I have not seen a thing on stupid until the other day when he told the blacks they would be back in chains..I thought maybe the Dem's were keeping him at home and making him study since he is going up for the debates..
I see now he has been kept out of the public eye so they could throw him out there with his idiot statements..
