Some, including House Judiciary Committee Chairman Lamar Smith, R-Texas, have called the policy backdoor amnesty and said they worry about fraud.

“While potentially millions of illegal immigrants will be permitted to compete with American workers for scarce jobs, there seems to be little if any mechanism in place for vetting fraudulent applications and documentation submitted by illegal immigrants,” Smith said Tuesday.

I can see the process now…

ICE: So Mr. Pedro, how old where you when you came to the US?
Pedro: Si
ICE: OK, and are you under 30 years old?
Pedro: Si
ICE: Are you currently enrolled in taxpayer funded educational program?
Pedro: Si
ICE: Great! You are fully qualified!
Pedro: Si
ICE: Excuse me, Mr. Pedro, but you appear to be standing in a puddle of water and your shoes are wet. Do you mind telling the janitor to mop that up on your way out?
Pedro: Si

He's worried about fraud?

Somebody tell this guy one of our biggest industries in the U.S. now is FRAUD, due to lunatic immigration policies which have been going on for decades. How much they pay this guy?

Since this never ending uncontrolled immigration free for all, both legal and illegal have been going on for decades, when did Lamar finally figure this out?

I can't believe people are being sucked into their epic con job.

So much for the myth of illegals returning to Mexico on their own because of improvements in the Mexican economy.
