During a campaign stop in Danville, Virginia, Vice President Joe Biden appeared to be confused about where he was.
“With you, we can win North Carolina again!” Biden told the Virginia crowd.
Danville is located just across the border from the Tarheel State, where the vice president campaigned yesterday.
Throughout the course of his vice presidency, Biden has been known for having a predilection for foot-in-mouth issues — from cursing at inopportune times to encouraging a wheel-chair bound man to stand up.
Both Virginia and North Carolina are considered battleground states this election cycle.

I don’t know about Joe. Maybe he is right. Maybe with the help of illegal voters from Virginia, the Dems can win N.C.
Yes, but did he at least get his own name right? One of these days I half-expect him to come to a point in a sentence and say, “Ah what is my name...?”
Quayle, the Democrat party should be so lucky as to have a guy as bright as you on a ticket. At the same time, don’t think this is quite the compliment it may appear to be on the surface, but damn those Democrats make up one serious lunatic fringe binge fest.

Times past and well before the 2008 elections I once thought that Biden was the most intelligent Dem out there. Now I realize what was I smoking? Biden is a gaffe machine and kinda stupidly dumb. Does alzheimers set in that rapidly? On JB, that is. Anyway I repent of my own stupidity in analysis of bin Biden—not like I would ever vote Rat but just an impression that was wAaaaaaay off kilter.
And the Repub “professionals” think Ryan presents a “risk.” Got it. Biden is going to have his head handed to him when he and Ryan have at their debate. It will be bloody.
They told us that if we voted for McCain that we’d have a complete and utter moron for a Vice President.
