President Barack Obama called Representative Paul Ryan the “ideological leader” of congressional Republicans as he welcomed him to the election campaign.
“I congratulate Congressman Ryan, I know him, I welcome him to the race,” Obama said to boos from a crowd of supporters during his first public comments since presumptive Republican nominee Mitt Romney named Ryan as his running mate.
“Congressman Ryan is a decent man, he is a family man, he’s an articulate spokesman for Governor Romney’s vision. But it’s a vision that I fundamentally disagree with.”
Other Democrats also came out swinging Sunday.
David Axelrod, chief strategist for President Barack Obama’s reelection campaign, called Ryan “a right-wing ideologue” and said the congressman’s selection is aimed squarely at the tea party.
“It is a pick that is meant to thrill the most strident voices in the Republican Party, but it’s one that should trouble everybody else — the middle class, seniors, students — because of Ryan’s record,” Axelrod said Sunday on ABC’s “This Week.” “He is a right-wing ideologue...

LOL..that is really rich. Obama is an openly Leftist ideologue the likes of which we’ve never had in office before.
So let’s give voters a choice of voting for the Right or the Left in this election...emphasizing that everything that the Left promises has to be paid for by increasing taxes on everyone, not just “the Rich.”
Compared to Obama even Susan Collins appears to be a right wing extremist.
THIS, my friends, is why we must rid the White House of this far left wing nut.
Another thing we don’t want is for a RINO like Romney to claim he’s a conservative (like Michael Savage claimed he was when he endorsed him before he bashed him) This could also have a similar effect - moving center leftward.
I do feel that Obama is much more dangerous though.

I posted a Paul Ryan Video that shredded Debbie Wasserman-Shultz on my face book page today, and I wrote that I smell fear in the air. All liberal friends came out swinging wildly at me! “But he got BL and saved GM, so I am voting Obama”.

Huntsman will be one of them, I’m not certain of the other, but go through the list of leftists, and it’ll likely be one of them. Collins, Snowe, the ex-gov of New Jersey come to mind.

Collins and Snowe are from my state. I doubt they would do that. I don’t see that happening. Even less for Collins.
Here’s the deal with them. They are always due for re-election on opposite election years. So, when it’s the year for Collins to run again she becomes more of the conservative of the two and sometimes the other appears to move to the left. Then they just switch every other year. I don’t think either of them like Obama. He’s too far to the left for even them.
I was thinking maybe Powell.
It was only banned until Obama beat Biden in the primary. Then it was reinstated.
No doubt they will find someone else if not those three.
The good news: I don't think Hunstman or the mystery guest will sway people very much. It's a mealy mouthed twosome and will likely be perceived that way.
