You may think Islam is not a legitimate religion. I may think Islam is not a legitimate religion. But, the moment we grant the government the power to decide what is and is not a religion worthy of First Amendment protection, we have effectively obliterated the First Amendment. No religion would be safe.

Nonsense. Denying religious status to organization which teach the murder and enslaving of non-adherents, the property status of women, and the replacement of American government with its own theocracy through sabotage, terrorism and murder is NOT a threat to the 1A. Quite the opposite, in fact. Without the rejection of such provisions, the 1A stands for nothing.

As proof, if you are female, I forbid you from replying - on pain of death.
