Terrorism does not have to be organized. It simply means you’re using violence to achieve a political goal. No difference if it’s one man who does it or a group. Since it’s unclear what political goals if any this guy had, I don’t agree that it’s terrorism at this point. He didn’t have any demands or even leave a note explaining what he hoped to accomplish politically by this. It really seems like more of a “hate crime” than anything else. This guy was a bigot and was motivated by his hatred for the type of people he killed.
