JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. Rep. Todd Akin, who played up his tea party credentials and conservative appeal, broke out from a three-way Missouri Republican primary on Tuesday to earn the right to take on Democratic Sen. Claire McCaskill, setting up one of the most closely watched Senate races of 2012.

looks like Akin is the weakest of the three against McCaskill but he is still beating her in the latest RCP poll. I don’t know much about Akin but I feel like I should send him some money. I’m hoping Josh Mandel can replace Sherrod Brown here in Ohio too but he’s not looking to good as far as the polls go.
Akin has the most conservative record.
Ergo, Dems think he is easiet to beat.
He is next on my donation list.
I gave Sarah $50 but thought Bunner would win.

I voted for him, but I would have been just as happen with Brunner. I have some misgivings about Steeleman, but if she would have won, I would have supported her as well.
