A 23-year-old Congressman?

I guess he wouldn’t have needed the last few years of his parents’ health coverage.

He was running for a state assembly position. I'm isolated from Pokey politics as I'm working down in San Diego. District 29 is my assembly district. Another embarrassment for the Democrats.

Is this a state position he was running for? U S Congresspersons have to be at least 25 years old.

So much for Article I Section 2: "No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of twenty five Years..."

What's with the Democrats running Constitutionally ineligible candidates these days?
