"why do they feel they have to share their sex life with the world?"

Because like many minority groups they were actually discriminated upon and abused. The problems is, those days are long gone, but they still use history to take advantage and get special treatment.

The US has moved past all that, but they don't want to because they get "stuff". They have been taught in public schools that they are "owed", even for grievances they never experienced. Such is the state of "perpetual victimhood".

"Why doesn't anyone ask these homos why they are not protesting in from of the Mosques? This should be the # one question every time this comes up."

The same reason you hear little from the feminists. Muslims are a politically protected so-called underclass. Yet, female genital mutilation happens every day in Africa, Indonesia, and even England. Ever hear a word from the National Organization of whiny Women (NOW) about the atrocities that occur every day around the world?

OR...maybe the GLBT bunch is just too damn cowardly to give the Muslims crap. They know USA politicians and white-guilt liberals are softer targets.

"I have nothing against gays at all. It is about marriage between a man and woman nothing more. It has nothing to do with their lifestyle. For goodness sake I wish people would just stand back and use their heads. This whole idea is illogical makes no since at all."

I also, don't care what consenting adults do in their bedroom, but do believe in the idea of traditional marriage and familyhood. That institution of marriage between a man and a woman and family has served our world well. Stop trying to use logic and see below as fact!

The opposition to traditional values has a socialist (some communist) Utopian mindset which includes: GLBT sexist groups; black racist groups; radical feminist groups; immigrant nationalist/racist groups; lower income envy groups; and even white guilt ridden limousine liberals who believe they can create a better tomorrow for the above if only the fedgov taxes more.

Sorry, they all fit into the same socialist/communist category, and will never let others live in peace until they have their way on this rock. Even then, they will fight amongst themselves (witness current Europe) simply because they don't have the willingness to produce. They want...and think they deserve.

Many reasons why so many believe so, but that would be another lengthy discussion regarding the aforementioned groups above.

"I think dems have a deep emptiness inside them..."

Post of the day. Although it's not about dems, it's about collectivists.

I've always believed that liberals (not so much democrats - think Reagan dems) have a big gaping hole in their soul. To make up for it, they wear their emotions on their sleeve and believe if Utopia came about, they would be absolved.

Liberals/socialists/communists/totalitarians will never understand the good that comes from freedom and free enterprise and all the good it creates. Their emotions over-ride their commonsense.

Emotions, greed or sloth... and you're right - much of the problems with liberal elites are NOT shared by working class democrats - who in many ways are more like us...

Political correctness was designed to silence everyone from speaking out against any left wing special interest group or it's agenda.

"Political correctness" is just a euphamism for "dogma". It's purpose is not to engage the debate, but to prevent it.

Think you misconstrued my post by my mention of the southern Reagan democrats. Elites aside, most everyday democrats are not true constitutionalists, which is nothing like "us", or at least like me.

For years and years Liberals have proclaimed that a couple does not need "a piece of paper" to be committed for life. They have believed that going through a marriage ceremony is just a symbol. Many proclaimed that they did not even believe in marriage...it is just an institution. Etc., etc.

Now, suddenly, Libs are jumping on the bandwagon for Gays who want to be legally married and say that it is because they should be allowed to show their "true commitment" for one another.

The original, and main reason behind all this fight for same-sex marriage is not...commitment, not that they want to cement their strong love of one another...and not because they don't feel "married" without that piece of paper. It is for financial reasons only. For insurance/health care advantages, tax advantages, buying a home, etc. They started, years ago, fighting for the financial advantages enjoyed by married couples. When that fight did not work, then they started this fight for same sex marriage so they could gain what they originally wanted - it is all about money. And they have worked on the emotions and feelings of their own and Libs to make them believe it is because of LOVE.

First they purposely chose a lifestyle they know has disadvantages...being gay...then they want to change the world to bow to them and give them the advantages they threw away when they made their choice.

Yes, I know many will say they are "born that way," and maybe some are. But this recent surge in homosexual activity is more related to a "fad" type mentality, and the combined emphasis on sex, being sexy, having sex, looking sexy, and making sex a huge focus in the lives of both homo and heterosexual populations.
