I live in the Atlanta area, home of the AJC. I went to our local Chick-fil-A and there were exactly zero protesters. This kiss-in was an embarrassing flop no matter how the media tries to spin it.

South of here, in Macon GA, the local paper reports that "about a dozen" protesters showed up, including 4 from a lesbian household. The kids stuck in this mess got pictured. Here's the photo, along with an excerpt from the article:

Sabrina Sabine said she heard about plans for the protest on Facebook and decided to attend with her two sons and her girlfriend.

The younger of her two boys held a sign that read, “I (heart) my 2 moms.”

When asked why he was there, he responded, “I don’t know.”

“Look at your sign,” Sabine said. “He’s 7 and my partner has been around since he was 2.”
