BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) -- A 34-year-old illegal alien has pleaded guilty to the rape of an 11-year-old Leland girl.
This afternoon Luis Perez-Valencia admitted to raping the girl on two separate occassions back in 2011 and attempting to engage in intercourse another time that same year.
A DNA test proved that Perez-Valencia got the 11-year-old pregnant.
Judge Thomas Lock sentenced him to 16 to 20 years in prison. Perez-Valencia is required to complete sex offender treatment while in prison. He must also register as a sex offender and will be under GPS satellite monitoring for the rest of his life.
Perez-Valencia will be deported from the United States after he serves his time.
The rape of a child should be a capital offense. In Texas, a father rescued his 5-yr. old from one of these animals by killing the illegal. He was applauded by all and sundry.
Surgically place a GPS plate on his skull with a small detonator should he mess with it. Then we can track him as he skips across the border again to prey again on children.
You beat me to it: I was going to suggest a “Running Man”-style collar. . . cross the border, and get shortened by a head. . .
Slow roast his nuts, and leave them hanging. Drop him off in the deepest darkest jungle in Mexico.
It is strange.
The United States, as well a few northern European countries, are the only places on the planet that have been so wussified and emasculated to the point where foreign illegals can molest and rape the children and women with impunity and get away with it with full blessing from the left.
Anywhere else in the world, people like this disappear, never to be seen again, without a second thought from society, because the thought of a foreign criminals hurting their women and children is intolerable.
So we, the taxpayers are giving him room and board via the prison for the next several years before he’s deported???? Perhaps the only justice here will be dealt to him by his fellow inmates.
The judge doesn’t care because he’s retiring next year.
He’ll be released in no more than 5 years at 7 a.m. By Noon that day he will be across the border where he will remove his monitoring device and attach it to a donkey wandering aimlessly in the nearby desert. By Midnight he’ll be back in the U.S. and on his way to see the child of his victim.
IMO he should either be sent to the electric chair or incarcerated for the rest of his life without the possibility of parole.
Why waste that kind of money when a 25 cent bullet will end it once and for all.
I can agree with you on the electric chair; but, where is the justice in giving him free room and board for the rest of his in a country where he entered illegally and damaged the life of one of our children?
If someone makes a false accusation, they should receive the punishment the falsely accused would have received UNLESS the individual pleads that they should be spared. In this case the one making the false accusation should be publicly flogged.
There should be no more “choice” of executions. Forget lethal injection, liberals play too many games with it by claiming “it might be painful.” Instead the only method of execution should be public beheading with a very large, very sharp axe.
The condemned should still get their choice of last meal. However, the victim's next of kin (if applicable) should be allowed to prepare it, if they wish.
The issue of allowing anyone to enter and remain in the U.S. illegally is just one of the problems that politicians in DC will not deal with. They deny the existence of problems because if they were acknowledged they would have to take some kind of action. The U.S. can rid itself of illegals. It would take a while and the short-term financial expense would be great. They could be kept out. Seal the borders and all ports of entry, check everyone coming into the country, do not allow amnesty to anyone and cut off the visas. Will it ever be done? Not in my lifetime.
The remaining choices are death or incarceration for the rest of their life. Deport them and they will come right back. Long-term financial expense but with the way things are now, there really is no other option which will ensure that that one particular individual will do no harm to anyone else. Certainly one of the things that IMO should be done is to take away the positive trappings of prison life. No TV, radio, books, weight rooms, exercise yards, basketball courts, just very plain, basic food, no contact with the outside world. Will the bleeding hearts ever let this happen? Not in my lifetime.
I know that God said “Justice is mine” but in spite of that, if anyone causes harm to my grandchildren they would have an opportunity to complain to God about me long before they had planned to do so.
He was just raping children Americans don’t want to rape.

once is bad enough. this guy raped a child twice and attempted to do it for the third time. Castration — not chemical but cut off everything with a dull knife — is the solution for this
That was my initial feeling too, but he would eventually heal and be able to rape again, not with his penis, but no doubt he would substitute objects. He entered our country illegally and violated one of our children. I say DEATH.
