drive recklessly or DUI and get pulled over? No, that wouldn't work - he'd just get a ticket or a short stay in jail.

steal something? No, just released with a court date.

Anything major would get him jail, court and prison before ICE got a hold of him.

Guess he will just have to go to ICE during business hours and take a number. Probably fill out some paperwork and be asked to come back in a few months for a status summary.

He could register to vote as a republican, work Rmoney campaign events and say he is going to vote republican. . .THAT would get holder’s people after him. . .in a split second.
