Obama does not care if he loses. He's going to stay in the WH anyways. His whole Presidency has been breaking new ground and setting precedence. If he abided by the law on Jan 20th 2013, it would be the first one this man followed since moving into the WH.
Obama's got a few more terms ahead of him. Perhaps decades. That's what he thinks. That's why he's careless about these things he's saying.
Watch the commercials and you'll see Romney called out for outsourcing jobs. The union thugs love to cry "foul" over outsourcing, when in fact their own counter-productive practices are directly responsible for a lot of it, IMO.
