This is a biggie. I’ve talked to some government people and they have new cars purchased a couple of years ago just sitting around and now they are supposed to buy new ones ... not a choice out of necessity or need, but direction from above.
I don’t know (I dig for this information, but it is damned hard to get a hold of), but I would be willing to wager minor body parts that a good chunk of Volt sales are probably rusting on government owned land in Nevada and Montana.
