I would LOVE for Allen West to be picked..but knowing the way Romney thinks probably that enormous prick Jon HuntsmanIt prolly won't be Huntsman, the mormons will be reserved for the cabinet and top administrative positions, but the big guys in Salt Lake City won't stand for a woman OR a black man on the ticket.
Neither would make it through the mormon "worthiness" test.

My guess Rice Rice (the Obama voter) would drive away more voters than she would attract.
Blacks and liberal females would ignore her while staunch conservatives would run away from a Romney/Rice ticket.
Ideologically, she would be a better fit on the democrat ticket anyway.
