Have we forced them to pass a budget yet?

Why have they not drawn up articles of impeachment yet?

Although the cowards in the “media” like Shemp Smith keep whining, “We lost! Let’s just give up and MoveOn!”, most Americans are saying “We have not yet begun to fight!” We lost this battle against the bass turds but we’re in this war for the long run. America ain’t going down that easy. It’s not over. It’s just beginning.

Saw Ryan on TV tonight saying that we must elect Romney to repeal and replace ObamaCare. What the hell? Romney is the FATHER of ObamaCare for crying out loud!! Even if he would repeal it what do you think the statist progressive bastard with replace it with?

Obama should be impeached! Reid and Pelosi expelled!! Roberts and all who upheld ObamaCare impeached!!

ObamaCare should be replace with nothing!! Other than repealing any and all laws and regulations that hinder health care providers.

Romney should go straight to hell!!

It’s the 15% that is left that bothers me.

Knowing Romney’s Progressive Liberal side, he’s going to put an Individual Mandate in there with penalties at the least just like his RomneyCare.

This is not good!

No you need to get rid of the entire thing. If you don’t it will spread like a cancer. Lawmakers will add to it like lawyers are right now.

Mr. Ryan,

Good luck with those words you spoke.

Freebies have never been repealed. Those in power want to be reelected.

The best we can hope for is a rollback.

Hard to put any faith or trust in Congress, as there’s always a GOP-e figure ready to backstab us. I can just envision the scenario where repeal seems to be in sight, but someone like Murkowski slithers out to side with the libs. Frankly, I’d want to see the states at the forefront of the battle. Nullify this POS garbage, and send it back to the bowels of hell that both it and Obama himself emerged.

Apparently nobody on FreeRepublic feels the need to read (or in this case, listen to) source articles before commenting anymore. Paul Ryan just laid out a perfect road map to the repeal of Obamacare - and the comments include tirades calling for Obama's impeachment (Yeah, that's going to happen four months before the election) and pointless tirades against Mitt Romney and even Paul Ryan himself. Did anybody actually listen to Ryan's interview with Mark Levin?

What I heard from Ryan was a clear road map to the full repeal of Obamacare. Ryan made clear that, without question, 85% of the law can be repealed without filibuster. He said that under the rules, the other 15% should be repealed without filibuster - but that the Senate parliamentarian would have to rule on whether it or not that part is subject to reconciliation. In other words, the fate of that 15% will be determined by which party controls the Senate - and the Senate parliamentarian. Did anybody hear that?

Here is Ryan's path to repeal:
1. Return a Republican House of Representatives;
2. Elect a Republican majority in the Senate; and
3. Elect a Republican President.

Congressman Ryan catagorically states the following:
1. The GOP House is united and will execute this strategy;
2. The GOP Senate leadership is in full agreement and is committed to execute this strategy; and
3. The GOP Nominee, Mitt Romney, is in full agreement and will support this strategy.

There you have it. A detailed and practical path to the full repeal of Obamacare, stated in plain English with no shades of gray. Mark Levin likes it, but Freepers greet the news with bitching, moaning and meaningless diatribes. Hey, Freepers... Listen to the damned interview and get your heads in the game! We have an election in less that four months, and the future is in our own hands. Let's vote.

0-care can never stand. Most states will not increase Medicaid rolls because of budget deficits. Other states will not adopt the exchanges, forcing the Feds to set up and pay for the exchanges. Of course, the Feds have not budgeted or appropriated funds for this, so the federal exchanges may never be implemented. Meanwhile, the mandate will be in force. Most employers over 50+ employees will take the penalty and drop most of their employee insurance. The employers under 50 will drop insurance for most of their employees, but try to keep it for themselves and a few key employees. There will be a lot of middle class people making 60-80k that will lose their insurance and forced to buy into the exchange or pay the penalty. Most will pay the penalty because it will be less expensive than buying the exchange insurance. Remember, the insurance will be with post tax dollars, so it will be cheaper to buy insurance after one is sick because there will be no pre-existing disease exclusions. This behavior will put an upward pressure on insurance prices causing more people to opt for no insurance and instead take the penalty.
Then, it will collapse necessitating action. A single payer plan will be proposed by the Leftists, but there will not be the funds to implement such a foolish plan. By that time, interest payments will probably consume the budget.

I don't believe this for a second.

Ryan's task was to motivate Levin's viewers to vote, and, as a teaser, to convince them, and Levin, that the Republicans will repeal ObamaCare.

I'll believe that when I see it.

That 15% are a hornet's nest of regulatory mandates that would create legal and constitutional problems for the government if not funded. Come next Spring, the Republicans will be saying "We can't just do that. That's too extreme. There are some good provisions that we want to keep for health care going forward. The American people want it replaced with a new plan and we must keep the good parts."

There will be horse-trading. Watch as the Tea Party congressmen are isolated again and people like McCain and Murkowski start crossing the aisle.

Even if the money portions are removed, the whole mess could be brought back to life by a Democrat or RINO President. Consider Medicare Part D under Bush.

I smell "motivate the base" BS.

Levin rolls over and wags his tail. He was so focused on the legal technicalities of reconciliation, that's his training after all, that he overlooked the politics. I find that disappointing.
