At a Campaign rally in 2008, Obama said that health care should not purchased with a tax increase (October 4, 2008).

Hey, get off his back — he just said “shouldn’t”, not “won’t be”.
Dems lie all the time. Get used to it. This election year will see the biggest, most brazen lies of all!
WSJ Chief Economist: 75% of Obamacare Costs Will Fall on Backs of Those Making Less Than $120K a Year
Dems lie all the time. They call it "sales deception", according to this article.
Then, as now, there was some sales deception involved. Social Security was sold by FDR as a social insurance program where each employee paid premiums into a personal retirement fund; in truth, its financed by a payroll tax and the money collected goes to todays retirees, not the workers who paid in.
Obamacare was sold as being funded by a mandate; in truth, its like a cigarette tax, as the chief justice wrote, designed not so much to raise revenue as to change behavior.
and infortunately for those affected, who have gone on to their reward, Clintoon also introduced the income tax on Social Security income, and probably redefined the components of the "Cost of Living" index to exclude food, energy, shelter, medical care --- you know, the basic necessities of life?
Perhaps that one should be changed to the "Cost of taxing" index.
Want to contribute to the cause? I am doing that right now. Every single piece like this I am sending to those conservatives I know running for congress. Mostly on facebook so every lying single SOB national socialist can try and counter it. I also am sending it to all the campaigns I can.
Nearly every congress critter has a facebook page.
This, you can also do. Flood them with ALL this stuff.
taxes always fall on the middle classes- but remember, the ACA won’t cost us a dime, President Sortero told us so.
