Apparently tiring of US soil as a source of campaign dollars, the Obama campaign is headed overseas -- with its celebrity friends in tow. The European Obama campaign starts next week in Paris on July 4 with a reception organized by various fundraising heavy-hitters. Independence Day fundraisers in Paris – now that’s a flag-waving campaign.

According to the U.S. Department of State: France is home to the largest Muslim population in Europe. More than 1 million Muslims immigrated to France in the 1960s and early 1970s from North Africa, especially Algeria. In 2004, there were over 6 million Muslims, largely of North African descent, living in France.

Speaking of the useless Boehner and McConnell, Mark Levin has a great idea. If Gov. Scott Walker is agreeable to it, he would make a great Speaker of the House. He has the fire in HIS belly to fight and win, and he's in for the long haul. He is cool under pressure and he uses common sense and has political saavy. He is super articulate, looks people in the eye, speaks directly and needs no teleprompter or script, he is informative and he INSPIRES others to act. In short, he is a good man, if the down and dirty fight in Wisconsin is any indication. I don't know if there would be any impediments to this idea...does anyone know? Does Walker have a chance?
