White House unusually quiet before Supreme Court healthcare ruling

WASHINGTON — As the nation’s capital prepared Wednesday for the Supreme Court’s long-awaited ruling on President Obama’s healthcare law, the White House was unusually quiet.

The ruling on Obama’s biggest domestic accomplishment could be among the most consequential events in his presidency, but he will learn about it at the same time as the rest of the nation, receiving no advanced warning as he does for such government actions as the release of unemployment statistics.

So, a White House that so often pre-spins the news has maintained a studied silence about Obama’s plans. His staff won't even say whether he will make a public appearance or statement Thursday, a day he is scheduled to spend in meetings at the White House.

Democrats have been more muted, perhaps reflecting an unwillingness to acknowledge what may come.

Most Democrats in Congress don’t want to revisit their controversial healthcare votes right before their reelection battles. Liberal Democrats are the exception; the Congressional Progressive Caucus has already booked a news conference outside the court immediately following the ruling.

Don't make me DOUBLE laugh...

He's got 3 moles on SCOTUS, and his minions create from whole cloth the expected/unexpected/revised unemployment #'s by manipulating the definition of "total workforce"

After the immigration decision Obama punished Arizona.

I wonder what he has in mind for this one.

He surely cannot pounish the Supreme Court.

I don’t think so.

Notice that her thumb is tucked inside her hand.

I hold my thumbs when I go to the dentist.

It certainly isn’t a sign of extreme security in my opinion...

Ugly dress but nearly as ugly as that shirt she wore in the UK! Ugliest thing EVER!

If you remember during the 2008 campaign, she wore Nike logo stuff ALL the time, hats, shoes, track suits.

I speculated that she had an endorsement contract.

But surely JD isn’t funding this, LOL.

MooseChelle was sporting her new John Deere clothing line

That's a good one.

Somebody needs to photoshop a John Deere logo on that "dress". It's a keeper.

The real boob is holding her hand.
Or is she holding his?

Which dummy is the ‘beard’?

Actually it was kind of ‘easy’ to spot...ONLY because normal people can’t stand to look directly at either one of them and both together make you drop your eyes (in shame).

Good catch...who walks with their thumbs tucked in their clenched fist?

From “businessballs” guide to body language:

Thumb(s) clenched inside fist(s)...
Self-comforting, frustration, insecurity
As with other signals involving holding or stroking a part of one’s own body this tends to indicate self-comforting. Also thumbs are potent and flexible tools, so disabling them logically reduces a person’s readiness for action.

From BodyLanguageUniversity...
From 1350 to 1800, a thumb folded inside a closed fist acted as a deterrent to evil, sorcery, witches, and general evil. The thumb was thought to take on strange sensations in the presence of danger. An example of this thinking can be found in William Shakespeare’s Macbeth: “By the pricking of my thumbes, Something wicked this way comes.”

Looks like we should all be walking around with thumbs in our fists to deter “evil, sorcery, witches and general evil.” Maybe that’s the key to ousting the Kenyan dictator.

I’m reading The Amateur by Edward Klein...Mooch only wore power black business suits before. After the “For the first time in my adult life..” comment, Val and Co. pow-wowed and decided that they had to soften Sasquatch up a bit and intervene on her anger. Thus the sundresses, J. Crew sweaters, straight hair, and suicide belts.

Left to her own devices, she would be without makeup and her hair would be pulled back in a frizzy tight bun. Also she wouldn’t be caught dead in the fru fru clothes they have assigned to her. Wait til she is evicted. Those clothes’ll be in the Good Will bin before you can say “I hate White people” and her “I am Woman” suits’ll come out of mothballs.

My first ‘observations’ of this crew were joebama was chosen because with him and pelosi at the top of the replacements, no one would harm a hair on BO’s head.

Also I have (not so) jokingly said that he was she and she was he - they were afraid someone as big as MOOCHELLE would scare the voters away so they picked the more effeminite one to be on top of the list.
