During the Bush Presidency, in March 2007, the University of Chicago Law School published an article on its website stating the standard to be met by Bush's claims of "Executive Privilege." The author is given as "sunstein." The Univ. of Chicago Law School's website states that Cass Sunstein was a faculty member from 1981-2008 ( Link-1, Link-2 ). The standards include the follow excerpt:
8. ...The privilege is limited to communications authored or solicited and received by members of an immediate White House advisers staff who have broad and significant responsibility for investigating and formulating the advice to be given to the President on the particular matter to which the communications relate....According to those standards, how can Obama claim both "Executive Privilege" and his non-involvement in the false flag operation called "Fast and Furious?" Only with the abject complicity of his democrat party media!9. Direct decision making by the President is required. If the President himself is not directly involved, there is no privilege. ...
