Bristol Palin is being sued for defamation by the man she got into a heckling match with last year at a West Hollywood bar, RadarOnline.com has learned.

I just thunka that too. And not only that, as someone else posted, this particular homosexual is declaring his self-identification to be defaming during Gay Pride month.
1. How do you claim defamation when they just showed exactly what happened?
2. Oh, I see, you’re saying she defamed you because she called you a homosexual. Um...was she wrong? And by the way, you called her mom an evil whore. Do you really want to get into what proof you have for that, aside from the voices in your head?
3. Oh, I see, you’re also saying Bristol and Lifetime invaded your privacy. Smooth. Well, except how do you claim invasion of privacy when you saw Bristol Palin in the bar with a camera crew, you knew they were taping something, and YOU voluntarily walked into the scene?
They pay judges reasonably well here...but nowhere near well enough for them to keep a straight face at lawsuits like this.

Actually, she asked him was he a homosexual and he answered 'Yes' that he was.
Willfully divulging his sexual orientation queer status with full knowledge there was a camera running was his doing. And if being gay is so cool, why does he consider it disparaging?

I watched the episode the other night. Apparently, this man wanted to yell obscenities at Bristol and have her not respond. Too bad for him that she did as she revealed in him what exists in so many who hate Sarah Palin...that being the fact thay when asked they can’t even say why.

Before Bristol even set eyes on the guy he called Sarah Palin a “whore” and made a derogatory sexual reference to Bristol and Levi.
If Todd Palin had been in that bar this whole thing would already have been sorted out with alacrity.
You didn’t answer post 19 at all, it sounds like you want Bristol Palin to give up her public works.
I think we watched Act Of Valor that night. I’m not into the Reality Show stuff. I’ll probably never watch the show. Not my thing. If it fails for lack of interest, so be it. It won’t change my high regard for the Palin family.
My comment was aimed at the fact that some fag is suing for being called a fag and you chose to focus on a bad week for Bristol Palin - why not focus on the obvious gist of the story? That was my point.
