Daily Caller Whines That ‘Increasingly Irrelevant’ Palin Hasn’t Endorsed Romney
The Daily Caller ^

Posted on 06/19/2012 12:32:32 PM PDT by Mozilla

Something about that Old Guard and that establishment. There’s a schedule to keep and a list of rules to follow. Apparently, Sarah Palin shredded her copy and it’s starting to rub the media the wrong way.

Despite saying dozens of times over the last year that she would eventually back the GOP nominee in her #1 mission to replace Barack Obama, apparently the media expects more.

An article written by The Hill yesterday notices: “Palin Doesn’t Mention Romney In Address To Conservative Bloggers”.

The Daily Caller reiterates: “Sarah Palin Hasn’t Formally Endorsed Romney Yet” while they also concede that she “has made it concretely clear that she’s opposed to President Barack Obama’s re-election.”

Then, this morning the snark kicked in at the Daily Caller again:

Sarah Palin has become increasingly irrelevant, but her endorsement still remains sought after by GOP candidates. And Mitt Romney has yet to become a recipient of her beneficence, reports TheDC’s Alex Pappas.

Sounds to me like some are starting to get a little grumpy. First, it is absurd to suggest someone is “increasingly irrelevant” (especially with a blog owned by an “increasingly irrelevant” pundit known solely for his abundant collection of bow ties) when you’re beginning the top of the page of your precious blog space to mention it.

If that in and of itself isn’t enough to disprove their claim of increasing irrelevance, we have Palin’s endorsing of Richard Mourdock for Senate in Indiana labeled by the Washington Post at the time as the “highest-profile endorsement yet for the primary challenger and it pits Palin against her old running-mate, Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), who just cut a radio ad for Lugar.”

The post speaks for itself. The GOP-E and rino moderates hate Palin, loves Romney. Think about it.

It is becoming more and more a de-facto Palin vs. Romney fight in the GOP. All those Anybody but Romney people in the primaries who loved Romney hated Sarah Palin and would be whining now about the nominee if Palin had run and won the nomination. Hypocrisy at its finest.

If she is ‘irrelevant’, then why do they care?..........

Sarah Palin is not “increasingly irrelevant” otherwise they would not be writing about her views.

Do these people actually think before they write anything?

Are they this stupid? Yes! I was around supporting Goldwater.

Idiots, all.

Blessings, Bobo

Because she is not irrelevant, but a threat to Romney’s base of support of Rinos. She is the big cheese that can stand up to Romney and help defeat the establishment.

Milt Romney IS RELEVANT because he supports TARP,
and he supports the global warming hoax,
and he supports big government and he supports statism,
and he supports SHARIA and he supports ObamaCARE/RomneyCARE.

Let’s hear it for the greatest RINO ever: Milt Romney.

Sarah Palin is now a private citizen, she doesn't have to endorse anyone if she so pleases. Not "endorsing" him doesn't necessarily mean she won't vote for him to beat obama.

A lot of conservatives are not gah-gah over mittens, but will vote for him over the marxist. If he tries to be too liberal, at least he can't shout "racist" when someone says something. At at least, he's a real American...so far as I know.

The GOP-E actually needs Sarah's endorsement to complete the backing of mittens, but she has said enphatically that she will back the nominee over obama...that's enough for me.

I don't think Romney can take the country down, but I think obama can if given four more years. Four years isn't very long and we can always boot mitt out in 2016 if he continues the trade.

I made a mistake...Ahhhh... I meant above... All those Anybody but Palin people in the primaries loved Romney and would be whining now about the nominee if Palin had run and won the nomination. Hypocrisy at its finest.

Not only that but the hardcore Romney people are the ones now pushing the Anybody but Obama thing because they know Romney is not going to live up to standards of Conservatives.

I understand the not having anybody else to vote for. I’m squarely saying the hardcore day one Romney backers who enabled him to get this far to where some have to vote for him even though they dislike him or whatever. They are the same ones attacking Palin and have been since August 2008. You just know they would be against her if she were to have run and would go bonkers if she had won the nomination.

Guess I missed the ‘support SHARIA’ part.

The Republican nominating convention isn’t over until the balloon drop. There is rebellion brewing, and it will be a free-for-all in Tampa this coming August.

Ron Paul supporters are making sure of that, and though I do not support Paul, I certatinly am sympathetic towards their anger and frustration with a Republican party and their cavalier attitude towards the conservative base.

Romney bought his way into this situation, and frankly deserves to be taken down and sent packing.

Can the Republicans win this fall’s election with a conservative candidate rather than a self-avowed Progressive named Romney?

Yes.

The key is a simple question: Are you better off today than you were 4-years ago?

The majority of people will say: Hell NO!

Sarah Palin doesn’t have to huddle with advisers to answer this question but Mitt Romney sure would. You betcha.

Well, I would hope that Sarah will not give her endorsement lightly.

I would hope she holds out for a significant role to play in a Romney Administration, like Secretary of the combined (and size-reduced) Energy, Interior and EPA Departments.

If she endorsed McCain she will most certainly be endorsing Romney. You betcha!

If nothing else Sarah has proved herself to be a loyal party girl. Even when that does not sit particularly well with me.

Romney had a lot to do with Obama winning the last election. We know he was the one who went after Sarah and HER FAMILY four years ago. romney tries to come off as the “nice mormon guy”.  We didn’t forget the tatics used by “politicians”. For romney 2008 meant if he can’t win, everyone loses; we ended up with Obama.

And be 2nd or 33rd or whatever banana to Romney? Hardly.

Palin is smart enough to stay out of office & travel the country while she makes millions with her TV shows, books, speeches, etc.

She's so irrelevant they're reporting on something she didn't do. Somebody is definitely short a sense of irony here.

Romney’s advisers jumped onto McCain’s train when Romney lost out of the GOP nomination in 2008. THEN those advisers tore Sarah apart, limb from limb. Sideswiped her interviews, they were the ones who floated that lie about “clothes in the belly of the plane” and that she was totally stupid, etc., on and on. Those Romneybots made me sick and still do.

Those advisers are the ones who trashed, the same way, each person running in the GOP primary against Mittens. Totally disgusting. Greedy, power hungry W#%)(#%). Sarah knows.
