Whether it is humane or not humane or good policy or not - it doesn’t matter. That is a matter for congressional hearings and legislation to sort out and decide what our laws are. Congress’s role is to write legislation. A president can’t just decree legislation. It is unconstitutional.

Exactly! It's not WHAT Obama did (though it was not a good thing either) but HOW he did it that's the problem.
