Even the left-wing Israeli Haaretz gets half their reporting right. MSNBC, not even close.

After all, blaming the former president has been "acceptable" for the past 3.5 years that Obama has occupied the Oval Office. Can you believe we’re really seeing Russia sending troops to the northern border of Israel? Can you believe it’s actually in the context of a ho-hum atmosphere?

The Republicans in Congress should pass a bill PROHIBITING President Obama from giving direct military aid (in any form) to the rebels in Syria. Needless to say, I would expect to Democrats to support it.
Why? Because at this point it’s becoming a proxy war between us and Russia and the Dems ALWAYS side against us. No different than when we supported the rebels in Nicaragua.
Oh yea, one difference, back then the Rebels were on our side and that “law” back then, the Bolen Amendment, nearly cost Reagan his presidency.
I’ll take Assad over Islamic fundamental law any day.

Here’s the worst view of the situation. Barry made a deal with Putin to do this so he didn’t have to. He thinks he is going to win the election in November and promised Putin something big.
Can’t say I’m surprised. Moscow and Damascus have had close ties for generations. Putin is not about to stand by and let his country’s closest ally in the region be overthrown and possibly fall into the western sphere of influence as a result.
