Five women 'killed by tribal elders for dancing and singing with men at wedding party in Pakistan'
Daily Mail ^ | 6 June 2012

As wedding scenes go, it is a rather sedate affair.

But four women who joined in the celebrations are thought to have paid with their lives.

They are feared to have been the victims of honour killings after dancing with men.

In scenes from the wedding, they are pictured in heavy robes and headdresses, sitting on the floor while singing and clapping. Two men were apparently dancing next to them, while out of shot another person captures the moment on a mobile phone video camera. Soon afterwards, the women were said to have been shot or had their throats cut for breaking local customs that prevent them from dancing with the opposite sex.

Another woman, said to have been ‘an accomplice’, was also allegedly executed. Last night officials in Pakistan were travelling to the remote north-western village of Kohistan to investigate the claims. A tribal council of clerics – known as a Jirga – reportedly condemned the women to death for ‘fornication’ and staining their families’ names.

Their actions were said to have brought shame on the community, which frowns on men and women dancing together or fraternising at all.

...

The chief secretary of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the province where the incident is said to have happened, argued that local laws did not allow women to travel in male company or face questions from a male judge.

I’m not sure which disgusts me more. The Muslims in this story or the human garbage that supports Muslims. period.

This crap “IS” Islam and there is no excuse for supporting it or them in any way, shape or form. Support of Islam goes against everything civilization stands for.

You never see the libs going nuts over the fact muslims keep doing these female-specific honor killings in the name of Allah.

It’s also funny how they never criticize the muslims at all, yet rip the Christians up and down because we support traditional marriage. We don’t go out and behead gays, like muslims do when they are discovered, but all the liberal hate is saved just for the Christians. We’re somehow worse because not supporting them in their perversion is worse than actually murdering them. That’s the liberal pretzel logic right there.

Forget the War on Terror. These subhuman lumps of dogs*** just need to be killed whenever and whereever possible.

Abandon any hope of influencing Pakistan, and leave it to its own (and India’s) devices. I see very little reason to be engaged with that country - and even less reason to allow anyone from there to travel to the USA, regardless of the passport they are holding.

Guess my idea for a popular music TV show “Pakibandstand”
will have to be shelved for the time being. Just have to con-
centrate on my line of designer prayer rugs.....

But, it’s not fornication when it’s man-on-man. I say that because obviously it can’t be homosexuality in a muslim country.

Ah, Allah, moon (sin) god of yore, pagan to the heart.

What do you expect.

Sounds fine to me. Instead of beating drums, they’ll beat women. (/SARC if anyone doesn’t notice.)

Ahh, yes, Pakistan, Afghanistan - where it is a crime to be a woman, yet accepted to touch boys dancing in women’s clothing. Where gays are executed, but pedophiles are good party starters..

Iraq made some sense - a nice shooting gallery to blow up a vast number of fanatics as they attacked our troops. Afghanistan? North Pakistan? Should have been flattened with nuclear weapons. Heck, probably would have improved the economy there too, sifting the rubble of the mountains for valuable ores.

I don’t know. But I would personally send an extra large bottle of rat poison to any pakistani woman that needs/wants to take care of some... rats.

Pakistan is not our friend. It never has been our friend. It never will be our friend. It has harbored the most extreme elements of Islamic fundamentalism for years. They have nuclear weapons. My fear is not that Pakistan will use a nuclear weapon against another nation. My fear is Pakistan will give a nuclear weapon to a terrorist group that will use it against my nation, or an European nation or Israel.

India is our friend. We should engage in a Military Pact with India that we will both come to the aid of each other if attacked.

I suspect if they issued a $50K reward for evidence leading to the arrest of the perps, combined with a witness relocation package, they’d have more than a few people coming forward to snitch on the dirtbags who ordered the executions. But then again, this is Pakistan, where the leadership doesn’t even pretend to care about the people. A quick trial, combined with mass executions, would put a rapid stop to these incidents.
