This is why we need to make every US House and Senate race a priority. We know that Obama is a destructive and hateful big government liberal. In the event that Romney also turns out to be a big government liberal, we need a Congress that will restrain his liberal urges. Get every patriotic American to the polls in November - we need both houses of Congress, with as big a margin as possible.
At that point, it literally would mean no difference between the two, and 100% of resources would be converted to congress to be able to stonewall everything, especially judges.
