(CNSNews.com) – House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said on Thursday that the Supreme Court will vote 6-3 to uphold the constitutionality of President Barack Obama’s health care law, meaning that one member of the court's 4-vote conservative wing--which includes Justices Antonin Scalia, Clarence Thomas, and Samuel Alito and Chief Justice John Roberts--will side with the administration on the challenges to the legislation that the court heard earlier this year.
"6-3. That's it. 6-3," said a seemingly confident Pelosi.
In addition to Chief Justice Roberts and Justices Scalia, Thomas and Alito, the other five justices on the court are Anthony Kennedy, Stephen Breyer, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan.
Pelosi was also confident about the constitutionality of the individual mandate back in 2009 when it the bill was under consideration in Congress. When CNSNews.com asked her at that time where specifically the Constitution authorized Congress to force people to buy health insurance, she said: "Are you serious? Are you serious?"
At a Capitol Hill press conference on Thursday, a reporter asked Pelosi, “Madame Leader, the Supreme Court is getting ready to rule in the next month or so on the health care bill, and you’ve expressed pretty high confidence – I think you said 6-3 – but I’m just wondering if Democrats and the Democratic leadership have had any discussions or meetings to plan for any sort of contingency plan given the possibility that the court could strike any provisions from the law or the whole law, I’m wondering if Democrats are having any meetings to discuss contingency plans?”
Pelosi, in reference to how the nine-judge court will rule, said, “6-3. That’s it. 6-3.”
She was then asked why she was so confident about her prediction, "Do you have a crystal ball or what is your confidence -- you wrote the bill but why do you have this confidence?"
Pelosi said: “Because I know the Constitution. This bill is ironclad. It is ironclad.”
“Nobody was frivolous with the Constitution and the health of the American people in writing the bill,” she said. “So, that’s where my confidence springs from, the merit of the bill and the nature of the Constitution.”
“The makeup of the court, well, we’ll see,” Pelosi said.

In March, the Supreme Court heard three days of oral arguments on the constitutionality of the individual mandate in Obamacare, which would require nearly all Americans to purchase health insurance, either through their employer, by themselves, or from the government or face financial penalties.
A decision is expected at the end of the court’s session in late June.
Pelosi previously predicted a 6-3 decision on April 3, during a speech at the Paley Center for Media in New York. But back on Mar. 28, when asked whether the mandate would be ruled constitutional or not, Pelosi said, “I have no idea. None of us does. We are all now talking about something of which we have no knowledge because we are not members of the Supreme Court. We have knowledge of the legislation. We have knowledge of the arguments. But we have no idea of what the outcome will be.”
These Democrat socialist/communists are the biggest threat America has ever had to face. Their satanist goal is to completely destroy this nation and its people.
Sadly, this woman is so deluded and so far gone that she actually believes the SCOTUS will uphold this disastrous law. I have news for you, Madam Pelosi, if it is 6-3, it will be against the law, not in favor of it. Based on the comments during the proceedings, I would expect Ginsburg and Kagan to uphold it, and maybe one other justice.
She’ll have to wait to read the USSC opinion to see what’s actually in it.
She seems awfully confident about her prediction. I think she already knows via leak and even knows which conservative justice will vote for it. That would be Roberts since he already indicated he would vote for it if it was going to be a 5-4 vote in favor.

Roberts did the however many swearing ins for the usurper. Thomas has, in his own words, “evading” the eligibility issues. So, yeah, they’ve gotten the phone call and the fix it in.
If the Chief Justice suspects there’s a leaker on the high court he may be feeding the suspect false information.
She also predicted obamacare would create 4 million new jobs, 400,000 “almost immediately”

With 26 states opposing it and national polls consistently showing a majority of people against Obamacare, the vote may be 6-3 but not the way she’s predicting. I work around a bunch of libs and none of them are confident about the outcome. They think Obamacare is toast.

Sadly, I wouldn’t be surprised if some of the family members of potential dissenting votes from the SC Justices had visits or encounters from threatening individuals. Why would we overlook that type of scenario with this bunch of Marxist? It sucks to even have to think that but I see this as a strong possibility.

How come there are never leaks from the court? The justices don't write their own opinions... they get clerks to... you would think that at least one of those clerks would leak what they know to someone.

Republican Presidents have appointed judges in the past who were thought to be conservative who. once on the bench became libs.
And that’s why she says that one of the four will vote to uphold the law. She’s been told what the vote is. She just doesn’t know which ones are which. Then she can tell everyone “See? I know the constitution. I’m smart.” And obama and Leahy can take credit for “convincing” the SC to go their way.
I think the republicans know the vote, too. That’s why they’re “talking a good game” about their plans after the ruling. They’re pretending to be ready.

IMHO , if Pelosi is right, it means the fix is in, and some justices may have been either bribed or threatened into the Obama line. Its how fascism works.Its the same that happened in Europe in the 1920s and 1930s , but with a racial / ethnic nationalism twist.

Do you folks seriously believe these Justices in particular, after hearing the pathetic oral argument by Obama’s Solicitor General, would seriously consider voting for this monstrosity? I truly believe Pelosi and the Dems are preparing for ObamaCare’s defeat. This way they can vilify the court after the ruling.
