I feel for ya, gramma and I (well mostly I)are just getting over some sort of gombu. Was terrible!

So am doing the domestic stuff this weekend.

Pork parade lap begins at 2 with forks up at 2:57 get to the eastern edge of the Salt Lake valley, light smoke signals and your nose will get you the rest of the way!

Lap 113 — The leaders are on pit road.

Lap 111 — CAUTION FLAG NO. 2: The engine in David Reutimann’s car has detonated.

Lap 108 — Don’t look now, but Jeff Gordon is catching Mark Martin to challenge him for second place.

Lap 104 — Jimmie Johnson has set sail. His lead over Mark Martin is now up to 2.3 seconds. Also, Jeff Gordon has moved around Matt Kenseth for third place.

Lap 93 — Jimmie Johnson’s lead over Mark Martin has already shot up to 1.4 seconds.

Lap 90 — Matt Kenseth and Jeff Gordon get around Kyle Busch, dropping him to fifth place.

Lap 86 — Kyle Busch, Matt Kenseth and Jeff Gordon — running third, fourth and fifth — are still very close together on the race track.

Lap 84 — Jimmie Johnson has closed back in on Mark Martin for the lead, and he takes the spot coming off Turn 2.

Lap 81 — Jeff Gordon is trying to figure out a way past Matt Kenseth for fourth place, just as Kenseth is looking to work his way around Kyle Busch for third.

Lap 78 — Mark Martin leads Jimmie Johnson by about 6/10ths of a second.

Lap 74 — After the cycle of stops, the top five is Mark Martin, Jimmie Johnson, Kyle Busch, Matt Kenseth and Jeff Gordon.

Lap 73 — Matt Kenseth has brought his car into its pit stall.

Lap 72 — Leader Mark Martin is in. So are Jimmie Johnson and Jeff Gordon.

Lap 71 — Ryan Newman, Martin Truex Jr., Clint Bowyer and others are pitting.

Lap 70 — Kevin Harvick and Denny Hamlin are pitting.

Lap 69 — Greg Biffle is pitting.

Lap 67 — Tony Stewart’s crew is still working on his car in the garage.

Lap 64 — Mark Martin is being given time differentials between what he and Jimmie Johnson are running. Other than that, it’s pretty quiet on the radio.

Lap 60 — The lead goes to Mark Martin. He should be pitting in about nine laps.

Lap 55 — The gap between leader Jimmie Johnson and second-place Mark Martin is now down to about half a second.

Lap 53 — Mark Martin has erased a couple tenths of a second off Jimmie Johnson’s lead.

Lap 50 — Fifty laps in, drivers appear to have settled into a nice groove following the grinding crash earlier.

Lap 46 — Third-place Matt Kenseth has lost touch with Mark Martin, who is running in second place. He’s now nearly two seconds back.

Lap 43 — It’s about one second from leader Jimmie Johnson back to second-place Mark Martin.

Lap 39 — Clint Bowyer is running alone on the track in fourth place.

Lap 35 — The top-three cars — Jimmie Johnson, Mark Martin and Matt Kenseth — are separated by about a second each. It’s more than two more seconds back to fourth-place Clint Bowyer.

Lap 30 — Jimmie Johnson goes to the outside of Mark Martin for the race lead in Turn 3.

Lap 29 — Jimmie Johnson is closing back in on Mark Martin for the lead.

Lap 26 — Hey, look at that. Dave Marcis finished second in Mark Martin’s Cup debut here at Dover.

Lap 22 — Mark Martin’s first Cup start here at Dover came on May 16, 1982. He finished fifth in a race won by Bobby Allison.

Lap 18 — Mark Martin has a lead of about half a second over Jimmie Johnson.

Lap 17 — Clint Bowyer is racing Kyle Busch hard for fifth place. He takes the position coming off Turn 4.

Lap 15 — Matt Kenseth gets a run on Ryan Newman to take third place between Turns 3 and 4.

Lap 13 — GREEN FLAG: Mark Martin, Jimmie Johnson, Matt Kenseth, Ryan Newman and Kyle Busch are leaders on the restart. Johnson and Martin remain side by side until they come off Turn 4, when Martin clears for the lead.

Lap 11 — The leaders stay on the track, but from 17th-place Brad Keselowski on back, most everyone else takes the chance to pit under the caution.

1:41 p.m. ET — The cars are being refired. The caution is back out.

1:36 p.m. ET — According to Fox, this accident involved more cars than any other wreck so far this season.

1:35 p.m. ET — Work is still going on to clear the track.

1:27 p.m. ET — Also involved in the wreck were Stephen Leicht, Dave Blaney, David Gilliland, Michael McDowell and Joe Nemechek.

Lap 117 — GREEN FLAG: The top five are Jimmie Johnson, Mark Martin, Matt Kenseth, Kyle Busch and Jeff Gordon. Johnson gets a great restart and is clear in Turn 1 for the lead.

Lap 218 — Jeff Gordon isn’t waiting around for anybody. He’s already 1.2 seconds ahead of Jimmie Johnson. It’s more than five second back to third-place Kevin Harvick.

Lap 211 — Jeff Gordon is finally able to take over the lead from Jimmie Johnson. Johnson just pulled over to allow at the end of the backstretch to allow the move to happen unchallenged.

Lap 207 — Third-place Kevin Harvick is 2.6 seconds behind leader Jimmie Johnson.

Lap 205 — Kyle Busch goes straight to the garage.

Lap 203 — Smoke has begun to billow out from under Kyle Busch’s car.

Lap 133 — One thing’s for sure. The cockpit of Mark Martin’s car is much, much different than when he first raced here. And that’s a good thing. A very, very good thing.

Lap 130 — Kevin Harvick and Mark Martin nearly make contact coming down the backstretch as Harvick takes over third place.

Lap 127 — Further back in the back, Ryan Newman and Brad Keselowski are having a hard time getting around Jeff Burton.

Lap 330 — Matt Kenseth is in second place, 3.6 seconds behind leader Jimmie Johnson.

Lap 329 — Jeff Gordon is listed in 19th place, one lap down.

Lap 324 — Jeff Gordon is pitting, in hopes that he can cycle back into the lead without a caution. He should be able to go the rest of the way without stopping again.

Lap 321 — Fourth-place Dale Earnhardt Jr. is 11.6 seconds behind leader Jeff Gordon.

Lap 318 — The gap between first and second is back down to 4.2 seconds. That’s not exactly door to door, but still ...

Lap 311 — Jeff Gordon has dropped the hammer. He’s more than five seconds ahead of Jimmie Johnson and 7.5 in front of third-place Matt Kenseth.

Lap 244 — Jeff Gordon moves up the track in Turn 4 and lets Jimmie Johnson make the pass for the lead uncontested.

Lap 243 — Clint Bowyer continues to slide back through the field. He’s given up fourth to Dale Earnhardt Jr. and fifth to Mark Martin.

Lap 240 — Matt Kenseth motors past Clint Bowyer for third place.

Lap 236 — Jimmie Johnson slides under Clint Bowyer to take second place in Turn 2.

Lap 234 — Jimmie Johnson is looking to get back under Clint Bowyer for second place.

Lap 232 — GREEN FLAG: The leaders on the restart are Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson, Matt Kenseth, Clint Bowyer and Dale Earnhardt Jr. Kevin Harvick starts 19th.

Gordon is clear for the lead, with Bowyer taking over second place from Johnson.

Lap 228 — The leaders are back on pit road.

Lap 226 — YELLOW FLAG NO. 4: The caution is out for debris on the frontstretch. Teams will be given an extra person over the wall for the driver and windshield.

Lap 224 — Ryan Newman is pitting. That’s a little bit early for the next cycle of green-flag stops.
