Wasserman Schultz also clashed with fellow Democrats this week, when she opposed President Obama’s decision to issue a visa to Mariela Castro – the daughter of Cuban President Raúl Castro and the niece of former President Fidel Castro. According to the Miami Herald, Wasserman Shultz objected to Castro’s visit “because of ongoing Human Rights abuses”. Although she chose to break with Obama over the decision, she was quick to point out that Former President Bush had allowed Castro to visit the United States three times during his two terms in office.

Wow, Washerwoman-Shulz had to find her conscience--must be an election year.

Good for Mr. Tate. If they are going to have a Democrat speak, then they should have a Republican speak. And Mr. Tate is also correct, any godless politician should not step foot in the Temple's sanctuary--the auditorium is the appropriate forum.

“she was quick to point out that Former President Bush had allowed Castro to visit the United States three times during his two terms in office.”

I’d be curious to know if these were really “U.S. visits” as such, or if they were really visits to the UN, which diplomatically is a very different thing.

If the latter, she is really lying by omission.

I agree with you on all points. It would seem a religious sanctuary is a place for God, not politicians of ANY flavor.

Also, Tate should have been allowed to present an alternative view to Wasserman-Schultz.

But I do agree with her about the Castro Klan.

Another DemoLie. Bush granted nothing. Castro was invited to the UN by the bloody communist thugs there. Bush had no power to stop it.
