Spy sources in Moscow today made the astonishing claim that a US undercover operation may have sabotaged a new Russian Superjet plane that crashed in Indonesia two weeks ago.
The aircraft was on a demonstration flight aimed at securing lucrative orders when it slammed into a mountain killing all 45 passengers and crew.
'We are investigating the theory that it was industrial sabotage,' a GRU military intelligence source said.

'We know that they have special technology - that we also have - to jam signals from the ground or cause parameter readings to malfunction,' said the unnamed intelligence official, highlighting a US military presence at Jakarta Airport from where the plane took off on May 9."
Vlad needs an enemy to focus the anger of the Sheeple on, and he has picked us, an easy target.
Russian rhetoric has REALLY heated up, while the US Media pretends not to notice, because it might make the Queer Media Messiah look bad, and endanger his reelection chances.
NOTE TO MOD: Title too long to fit.
Fine by me....
We have a secret weapon that turns pilots into hotdogs.
I would guess it was the work of noted secret agent Vodka.
Shades of Ron Brown!
Whoops! Can that be construed as racist?
I guess blaming it on the Poles might invite some uncomfortable questions.
Someone on their side would say, “Blame the crash on anything else. Blame it on the Bossa Nova. But don’t blame it on an American secret weapon, you fools.”
The “we have it too” statement makes them sound like North Korea. Can they really have gotten this bad at this game?
The pilot requested and was granted permission to descend to 6,000 feet. It crashed into a mountain only several dozen feet different from that altitude. A 7,200 foot mountain. There was no sign of any fault with the almost new aircraft before the crash. The cause seems obvious but is just too embarrassing to mention. Pilot error.
That permission was given by the US agent?
Joe Biden is now writing for a Russian newspaper? Cause there cannot possibly be two people this batshit crazy loose in the world.
Stupid is as stupid does, Vlad, old buddy, old pal.
Eeeevil Amerikansky put the mountain in our wunderplane’s path.
It probably had nothing to do with the fact that Russia makes some lousy crap
Either that or defective parts made in China.
It was OUR Secret Super Psychic (SSP) who we have hidden at Area 51.
SSP is so good, that SSP just willed it, and it happened.
I don’t think so...............I think the pilot was lower so some of the passengers could take close ups of the volcano and bam! The plane crashed into the volcano
September 2007: "State of the art" Russian anti-aircraft system fails miserably to detect IAF planes:
Gotta love that Russian ingenuity.
12 August 1985; Japan Air Lines 747SR; Mt. Ogura, Japan: The aircraft had a sudden decompression that damaged hydraulic systems and the vertical fin. That damage also disabled the flight controls for the rudder and elevator. All 15 crew members and 505 of the 509 passengers were killed.
IOW, the pilot had little control, at the mercy of wind, gravity, fuel, and, as it turned out, the terrain. I can't remember how many hours the plane flew like that.
But, since the Russian crew didn't report any problems, they were either too busy celebrating, or the instruments weren't working correctly.
Still not an effective marketing strategy. I mean, who wants to buy a plane that is vulnerable to US “special technology” that can make it crash?
More likely a mix of vodka and engineering, vodka and refueling, vodka and air traffic control, vodka and piloting......
in other words, its just good old-fashioned Slavic Fail.
Hard to jam an altimeter and a map.
All I can say is “ That’s Right Bitchez! We sunk the Kursk too, Remember?”
