DENVER - A Colorado congressman is expanding his apology to President Barack Obama after publicly questioning his citizenship and his belief in American values.
Rep. Mike Coffman of Aurora wrote a long apology published in Thursday's Denver Post. Coffman says his comments earlier this month were "boneheaded" and that he should not have questioned Obama's patriotism. Coffman wrote, "I should never have questioned the president's devotion to our country."

From blaming the U. S., to apologizing for the U. S., to bowing to foreign leaders on our behalf, to defending Muslims in deference to Christians, to focusing his support on Islamicists in deference to the Israelis, to focusing the military on us rather than the enemies of our nation, this guy has proven where his loyalty is focused. It sure isn't with us.

Speaking of apologies....
Don’t know if anyone has been following the ‘soap opera’ in WashDC involving ‘Mayor for Life’ Marion Berry.
Seems a few weeks ago he was rambling (as he is really wont to do these days) and mentioned how dirty those ‘Asian (read Korean) shop keepers kept their stores and stunk up the neighborhood.
When it was brought to his attention the large # of Korean constituents in his Ward (though I believe most of them live in Potomac MD) and he made a feeble attempt at an ‘apology’ but while doing so he made an off hand comment about having to put up with those ‘Asian (read Filipina) nurses’ in the DC Hospital he had just done a short stay in.
While apologizing to BOTH groups he was rambling on about how every sect/culture went through hard times when coming to America...he cited the Irish, Italians, Jews and Pollocks.
Well, it seems the Poles resent being called Pollocks and he made another apology.
When his ‘people’ were being interviewed one lady said “He should just shut up”.
One of his aids said that he wasn’t trying to insult anyone but didn’t want to leave any group out and meant to say Poles, not Pollocks -— Well then he said “We must remember that people his AGE tend to speak without thinking, and you don’t always know what is going to come out of his(their) mouth.”
I am expecting an apology any day now as he is ONLY about 6 years older than I....
Like the man says, order more popcorn, sit back and relax, it is going to be a long summer.
I question not only his patriotism but his Christianity and his character. He bows to tyrants. I will not respect or donate to anybody who bows to him.
Any tea partyers in Coffman’s district interested in running against him?
