Last month, Jose Luis Hernandez-Dominguez, 47, was sentenced in a Maui courtroom to 10 years in prison for the repeated sexual assault of a 5-year-old girl.

prosecuting attorney Robert Rivera explained: “He (Hernandez-Dominguez) told her, ‘If you tell your mom, the police will come and get you.’ And that caused this 5-year-old girl to remain silent and go through these sexual assaults that this man perpetrated on her week after week after week.”

Through an interpreter, Hernandez-Dominguez told the court that though he did molest the girl and had been on Maui illegally for the last six years, he also has a wife and an 11-year-old daughter who would suffer if he was sent to prison.
Hernandez-Dominguez then actually asked only to be placed on probation for his crimes.

[judge] Bissen continued: “You had your victim where you wanted her. You're bigger than her, older than her, smarter than her. She could not defend herself…This is a crime of opportunity, a crime of greed, a crime of self-gratification. There are plenty of reasons you did this . . . and you would still be doing this if she had not told anyone.”
Hernandez-Dominguez should be deported to Mexico when he completes his sentence.

The only comment I have is that there really is evil in this world - liberals own it - they own it completely. Their quest for power and control over others even extends to overlooking the rape of a 5 year old child.
If you know someone who is a Democrat, have a relative who is a Democrat, even work with a Democrat, realize their base ideology encompasses these very same kind of atrocities, committed all for the sake of inclusion, acceptance, tolerance and personal greed. They are evil, despicable people who need dealing with.

While thats true up here I don't know if this is true in Mexico - they seem to have a different view of this kind of perversion down there. In some Mexican principalities the age of consent is 13.

My understanding was that it was 12. In some provinces it is puberty. Some girls reach puberty by the age of 8.
