A lesbian couple in Parker, Colo., has been arrested for staging a crime.
Aimee Whitchurch and Christel Conklin called 911 last October to report that Kill the Gay had been painted in red letters on their garage door. They also reported a noose hanging from the doorknob of their front door as well as damage to their car.
The women told authorities they believed the Homeowners Association was behind the vandalism.
A short time later, the women painted over the message and placed signs on their garage door reading: We will not submit to hate, We are not the gay we are Aimee and Christel, and This is a threat to our lives, take it seriously.
But the Douglas County Sheriffs Office determined that the couple was responsible for painting the original message.
The women were charged with false reporting and criminal mischief.
Both women maintain that they did not paint Kill the Gay on their garage door.

..perhaps, the fact that they know deep in their own hearts & souls that their lifestyle is an affront to God's Law,they were prompted to look for a kind of juvenile sympathy
thats a heckuva lot easier than trying to change their perverse way of living!!!
Bump
They didn’t just stage a crime, they staged a “hate crime”.
Why are you still posting this old news?
I posted it once, nit-picker, and checked the key words carefully to make certain it hadn’t been posted before.
It was posted in order to give you something useless to do.
Please don’t mind me. I read it.
“They didnt just stage a crime, they staged a hate crime.
Amen to that—and it SHOULD be treated as a “hate crime”.
I think every single one of these "hate crimes" where someone writes racist or anti-Muslim or anti-gay graffiti or some other symbol (hanging a noose) has been staged -- seriously.
Since they were attempting to implicate a specific sexual orientation (heterosexuals), wouldn't what they did be a hate crime?
