My 1940's era encyclopedia adds this additional caveat to your natural born citizen presidential pre-requisite:
"One must be a natural born citizen to be the president of the United States. A natural born citizen is one who is born of two citizen parents who themselves were both born on American soil."

Either way, the fact remains that BHO meets neither of the two definitions.
