The state of Hawaii has verified President Barack Obama's birth records to Arizona's elections chief after a nearly three-month back and forth that Arizona officials said could have ended without the incumbent's name on its November ballot.
Joshua Wisch, special assistant to Hawaii Attorney General David Louie, told The Associated Press late Tuesday that the matter is resolved after Hawaii gave Arizona the verification it was looking for.
Arpaio said health officials in Hawaii refused to talk to his deputy and posse investigator on Monday, though an assistant attorney general came out to talk to the investigators.
"They won't have anything to do with us," Arpaio said.
Janice Okubo, spokeswoman for the Hawaii State Department of Health, said two men dressed in business suits from Arpaio's department sat down with deputies from the health department and attorney general's office in a conference room Monday.
The men identified themselves as being from the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office and provided their badges and business cards when asked, Okubo said.
"They said they were conducting an investigation," Okubo said.
Okubo said the Hawaii officials told the men they had to show why they needed the information as part of ordinary business — a response similar to that given to Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett last week when he publicly pushed his request to verify Obama's birth.

The other day, someone sent me a scan of a signature that they needed on a transparent background so they could place it on a document with a different colored background. First, I went into Photoshop and adjusted the contrast so that the off-white color of the original scan's background was pure white and the lettering as black as I could make it and still look "real." Then I just used the background eraser and removed all the white background from around the letters. Then I placed the signature on a black background to make sure I got all the white specs and voila! white halo around all the lettering. I readjusted the contrast so the halo wasn't glaringly obvious and hey, as they say... Good Enough for Government Work. It took all of 5 minutes. If I had wanted to work on it for another hour, I would have adjusted the tolerance on the Eraser tool and pulled that halo away even more. But I figured... if it's good enough for the President, it's good enough for this guy.
IMO, unless and until they prove Obama’s father was a true American citizen, at the time of Barry’s birth (regardless of where this fraud was born), he is NOT a NBC, and is therefore ineligible to hold the office he currently holds!!!!!

This circumstantial evidence is much stronger for FMD being the dad than any claimed link to BHO Sr. to date, IMO.
On the other hand, a picture from about 1972 of Barry's claimed dead half-brother, David at age 2 or 3 looked very much like little Barry supposedly did at that age.

To make fun of people, questioning the authenticity of Obama and his past, when he’s spent millions hiding it....it’s something becoming of a liberal. They are attacking “their own” and it’s truly pathetic. They don’t even question it themselves, which makes them stupid on top of it.
I guess that’s why I like Limbaugh, in that he never makes fun of anyone who believes or questions it...he just questions it himself, but without giving away what he believes. He’s able to keep neutral without disparaging anyone in the process. That is respect. IMO

Regardless of the views on this people may have, one thing is very clear. There was a time in Hawaii that it was very easy to say someone was born there, I understand a sworn statement by parents was enough.

I’ve done lots of family research in Massachusetts.*Anyone* can go to the state Vital Records Dept in Boston and,with a few exceptions (adoptions,for example),see the *official* birth,marriage,death or divorce records,as contained in official bound volumes,on *anybody*,relative or complete stranger.And then,upon payment of a fixed fee,that same person can get an *official,certified* copy of the certificate,that copy being an actual Xerox copy of the page found in the bound volume with an official state seal affixed to the bottom.I know,I’ve done it (on family and one or two strangers).

We can demand that Obama prove he is qualified. We already know he cannot.
I disagree that we “know he cannot” prove he is qualified. I regard his LFBC to be a forgery.
That means a BC with Frank Marshall Davis as father or a witness or other documents such as SADO’s lost diary or even blood testing could, in the future, prove that Barry is NBC by having US citizen parents on US soil.

The changes that were actually made actually strongly support what I have contended: that they CANNOT verify any birth facts for Obama because his birth record is late and amended and thus not legally probative.
The tell-tale piece of evidence: Bennett withdrew his actual verification request FORM, which according to HRS 338-14.3 would have required the HDOH to certify the true facts of Obama’s birth - including place of birth, date of birth, and the parents’ names. Those are the critical pieces of information, and Bennett withdrew a request for the HDOH to verify the legally-probative true facts.

Neither have I. Although back in the day (around the time Obama was born) if a baby was born at home they would actually go to a hospital in Hawaii and have the documents done. This was so common and well known that pregnant foreigners would go to Hawaii to have their anchor babies at some home or even in a hotel then go get the papers done at the nearest hospital.
they also fail to mention that the document presented was a compromise beat down of the state of Arizona using a "I hearby cerify, trust me" note and in no way was a forensic verification of evidence, just another smokescreen to cover up the truth

During the presidential campaign back in 2008, I read a message by a poster at an Israeli website that presented this theory of how Obama might have been able to obtain a passport without presenting a birth certificate:
According to the poster, back in the 1960s, children were routinely listed on a parent's passport as opposed to today, when children, as I understand it, have to apply for their own individual passport.
This meant that when the child later applied for his own passport, the passport office would see that the child had been listed on his parent's passport, so the passport office would, most of the time, give the child his own passport without requiring the child to provide legal documents like a birth certificate to prove that he was a United States citizen.
In summary, if Obama was listed on his mother's United States passport as a child back in the 1960s, then, Obama, according to the poster at the Israeli website, could later obtain his own passport without presenting a long form birth certificate.
Just some food for thought.

That is exactly what Hawaii verified. They verified 12 specific items (including but not limited to the place & date of birth and the parents' names), verified that the information in the copy of the LFBC submitted by Bennett matched their records and went a step further:
